Wonderful service! I called at 3pm and they were at my house by 5pm. Door was back to operating 20 min after Kyle arrived! Kyle was super professional and a pleasure to work with. So pleasant and can tell he enjoys his job. I would recommend Precision for those in Louisville and those in the Simpsonville/Shelbyville area!

Cameron Gullion was my installer. He did a great job all around. He called ahead to verify that he was on the way and was on time. Polite, courteous and was very knowledgeable about the process. He attempted a lesser option of connecting the older opener (35 years), to our new vehicles HomeLink. That was not going to work. So, I had him install a new Genie opener. And he connected it to two vehicles with HomeLink, and two handheld controllers. All of them controlling both of our garage doors. Thank you Cameron.

We had our door installed 7 years ago. One of the main springs gave out and we needed to have them replaced. Tyler F was our technician. He was fast, friendly, and a dog lover! The work was completed quickly and well. Cost of new springs was somewhat eye-popping, but Tyler knowledgably helped us take advantage of any applicable discounts.

Scheduled an appointment for garage door not working properly. The technician, Cameron, contacted me 30 min prior that he was on his way. The text included a photo, more comfortable for women waiting on service. Their trucks are easily identified and very nice! Cameron tested the garage door and of course this time it worked fine! (Figures lol) We discussed the intermittent problems and the age of my existing unit. I received no high pressure from the technician and elected to purchase a new system. He had the opener in his truck and installed it the same appointment. I also scheduled a second appointment for later in the week to install a new door seal and replace broken trim on one side. I was able to schedule with the technician at the same time as making payment. I was quite pleased with the service given by Cameron. He was knowledgeable, pleasant and very considerate. Highly recommend this company!

The gentleman who came to service my garage door was prompt, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem immediately and repaired it very efficiently. Not only that, he taught me how to lubricate the tracks and hinges and how often it should be done. Equally as important, the cost of the repair was totally reasonable. I had a spring break on my garage door earlier this week; I was busy for most of the week and did not have time to call for a repair. I called on Sunday around 3:00 p.m. and Kyle was at my house by 4:00 p.m. Kyle was very professional and explained the options well. Within about 45 minutes, Kyle had the springs installed and the door operating. I enjoyed my interaction with Kyle and was pleased with this initial engagement with you organization.
