First of all, excellent customer service. I called in the morning and bam, she had me set up for an afternoon appt. John showed up within the time indicated and got to work. David was our tech and he had a trainee, Zach I believe. They took excellent care of us! Looked at the issue and presented us with various options to choose from for how to fix it. They were also sure to let us know what future issues to look out for because of the age of our door/opener, so we wouldn’t be surprised. They were quick, courteous, and very easy to talk to! I would definitely recommend them and will continue to use this company for future repairs!
