Excellent from start to finish. I put an inquiry on the website and received a phone call within the hour to schedule my appointment. Received email confirming the appointment and who my technician would be. My appointment window was 8-12, Rick called at 7:30am to say he was on his way. He went over everything, did not recommend anything that wasn't needed and pointed out a hidden bearing failure that was a big reason for the problem I was having. Very professional. Will look no further if I need service again.

Kevin was an excellent hard working installer. He worked by himself putting up two garage doors at our house. One single door and one double door. He made sure all parts of the systems were working correctly and called the next day not only to collect the balance due but to also check to make sure the doors and openers were working correctly. I highly recommend them.

Our older chain drive door openers were worn badly. Precision Team came out and replaced our old openers with their belt version in a couple hours. These openers are really quiet and smooth, and their Tech support was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable of their products.

I was very pleased with the service provided. I called to get someone to repair a garage door that had been backed into. The repairmen came out and said he would be able to repair it but at some point it would need to be replaced. He repaired it but never pressured us into replacing it. We decided to replace the door and the opener which was also 7 years old because of the noise it made. Installed a new door and belt drive opener which are extremely quiet and function perfectly. Thank you for the professionalism of your company.

Phoned Precision on Saturday and Brandon came out on Sunday. No extra charge for weekend service. Brandon was punctual, knowledgeable and fast.
