A spring broke on my garage door late Friday night and I needed somebody to come out on the weekend, due to my work schedule. I could not have been more pleased with the whole experience, from scheduling online to the excellent communication throughout. Eric was very professional and courteous. He also showed me how to lubricate the rollers, tracks, springs and hinges, which admittedly we hadn't done a great job of in the 10 years we have been in this house.

The only Garage door company that I could get to repair a broken door spring on a Saturday. They came during my time appointment, make the repair quickly and checked and adjusted my garage door opener settings after repairing the broken spring. Tech Dakota Williams was fast and very polite. He only replaced what needed to be replaced (springs & bearings) & did not try to sell me anything else. The motor is 17 years old. Precision provides an unbelievable service across the board: great communications, fast response, professional service technicians, and more importantly their service is reasonably priced. I strongly recommend them to anyone requiring garage door service/ repairs. My elderly father’s garage door was in an unbelievable state, and this literally happened overnight. The garage door had come off its rails on both sides but at various areas so it was dangling at some spots and was stuck with a quarter of the door up. With the weather now being cold my Dad needed the door repaired immediately. I called several garage repair services late morning on Friday. All but one couldn’t come until until the following week or Saturday. I thought major repairs were going to be required so when a John H showed up from Precision and assured me he would have the door repaired in an hour I was disbelief. John was was the consummate professional. He was knowledgeable, personable, and was “done” In less than one hour. Everything that needed to be replaced was replaced with quality parts. My garage door would not open So my daughter called the Louisville office about 5:00 p.m. They sent a technician within a couple of hours and were very thorough in identifying the problem. The technician worked until after 11:00 p.m. to complete the repairs. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I was able to sleep well knowing we were safe and secure.

I remember hearing about the company from ads, and the ad in the phone book struck a cord. Called and they took the info, could schedule Brent the next day. He arrived on time, had all the tools and parts, was done quickly. Very efficient and great experience!

Mistankenly backed into my garage a week ago and destroyed the bottom panel, bent the guard rails and popped the rollers out. I thought this job would surely cost me hundreds of dollars, but the price was more than reasonable to repair the damage. Service Tech was fast with the repairs and told me what he was doing every step of the way. Didnt charge me anything to come out and do the initial estimates.
