Dakota did an excellent job with my installation today and during the phone setup there were some problems. However he made the necessary calls and adjustments to ensure that all systems were fully functioning prior to his departure. Very professional in his work and abilities, job well done!!

I am very happy with the service I received from Precision Garage Door Service. Jason was very professional & honest. He only replaced what needed to be replaced (springs & bearings) & did not try to sell me anything else. The motor is 17 years old. He told me it is still good & I should get another few more years out of it. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Precision provides an unbelievable service across the board: great communications, fast response, professional service technicians, and more importantly their service is reasonably priced. I strongly recommend them to anyone requiring garage door service/ repairs. My elderly father’s garage door was in an unbelievable state, and this literally happened overnight. The garage door had come off its rails on both sides but at various areas so it was dangling at some spots and was stuck with a quarter of the door up. With the weather now being cold my Dad needed the door repaired immediately. I called several garage repair services late morning on Friday. All but one couldn’t come until until the following week or Saturday. I thought major repairs were going to be required so when a John H showed up from Precision and assured me he would have the door repaired in an hour I was disbelief. John was was the consummate professional. He was knowledgeable, personable, and was “done” In less than one hour. Everything that needed to be replaced was replaced with quality parts. Rick came in and did an excellent job. We were having trouble with our garage door opener, so Rick installed a new one. He was very courteous and friendly, he provided detailed information on what was going on with our old opener, as well as what he was going to install. We are very pleased with the service we received and will gladly use Precision again!

Five stars. Everything was done in a timely manner. There was good communication on appointment and what was expected on arrival. No trash was left behind and even the door sensor was put on properly. The glass on doors really brightened up the garage even in the rain. Thanks!

My garage door would not open So my daughter called the Louisville office about 5:00 p.m. They sent a technician within a couple of hours and were very thorough in identifying the problem. The technician worked until after 11:00 p.m. to complete the repairs. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I was able to sleep well knowing we were safe and secure.

I remember hearing about the company from ads, and the ad in the phone book struck a cord. Called and they took the info, could schedule Brent the next day. He arrived on time, had all the tools and parts, was done quickly. Very efficient and great experience!

Mistankenly backed into my garage a week ago and destroyed the bottom panel, bent the guard rails and popped the rollers out. I thought this job would surely cost me hundreds of dollars, but the price was more than reasonable to repair the damage. Service Tech was fast with the repairs and told me what he was doing every step of the way. Didnt charge me anything to come out and do the initial estimates. I would definitley use this company first for any future garage door issues.

Previously had garage spring replaced in 2013. Finally broke again, so called. Dakota Williams was the person sent out the next day. Very responsive, prompt, had everything needed and worked fast. Appreciated his explanation of things. Will definitely call again, hopefully in 10-12 years though.
