I appreciate the service provided by your team. Dakota was the technician who came out, and he was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the issue and the work that needed to be done. I did want to share some feedback regarding the process. I did not get the option to choose which motor I wanted for my garage door. I would have appreciated being presented with the different options available, including the differences in features and pricing, so I could make a more informed decision based on my needs. Overall, I appreciate Dakota’s work and professionalism. I just wanted to share this feedback so the customer experience can continue to improve.

My technician was great. She was very knowledgeable and thorough. The call center was not great. I was scheduled the first two times with a technician that no longer works for the company and therefore no one showed up.

Had springs replaced and I was told one price and then charged another without my knowledge. Company charged me 400 dollars an hour in labor to install rollers. I will never use again and I don’t recommend this company to anyone.

Called Precision at 10a and the technician Kyle F. (He was so friendly and knowledgeable) arrived before 2p!! Scheduling and confirmation via text was super efficient. The technician called with an estimated arrival time and was early, shook my hand when he introduced himself, determined the issue and fixed, explained to me what to check if anything ever happened again, plus did general inspection of the whole system including going above and beyond to replace the lightbulbs in the opener. I will definitely use and recommend Precision in the future!

I would give 5 stars but the woman who scheduled the service on the phone told me a different price that I would likely pay. Service tech was on time, fixed the issue quickly, and did not damage any property or make any messes. Very impressed with tech.

Eric Mitchell was fast and efficient! I reached out to Precision on a Sunday because our spring had cracked on our garage door. They quoted me a time between 2-6p for same dam service/arrival. He was at our house within the hour and repaired the door within 30 min. I’m not sure of the pricing was reasonable because I didn’t call around since I wanted it fixed immediately. Either way, I’m happy with the fast service!

Once technician arrived, he was very professional, friendly, polite and extremely efficient. He provided me with the cost of the needed repair, and proceeded to make the repairs in a very quick manner. After the repair was made he suggested other things that should be addressed in the future and preventive maintenance suggestions, without any pressure. Way too expensive for the job. But did not want to pay 115 dollars just for him to tell me i had a broken spring that I already knew. I will not get trapped the next time. And it won't be with Precision. Technician was fine.

George was unfriendly, non communicative to the point of being rude and seemed like he was not happy to be here. Two days later the door stopped working, so I had to call for another service call. The only reason I called Precision in the first place is that they give a senior discount. We will see if Josh Wright is any better at fixing it.
