Your technician installed a new opener for us a couple of years ago. Larry called to ask first a visit and Jason said…I think I can fix it over the phone-he was on his way to another appointment. He told Larry to go outside and look at the control panel. He fixed it!! Turned out it was set on lock mode!! People comment on how quiet our opener is!!

I called and asked a price for an opener install of my own opener. I was told $225, then I called again to ask a question and was told there would be an $89.99 service fee. Jason came out and did an ok job. When he quoted the job onsite it was over $560.00. I called and asked for a supervisor and when I got a call back it was Jason, the technician. I called again and still was not given to a supervisor above the technician. Poor customer service.

The night before a major snowstorm out garage door came off the tracks and would not close. I called several garage door repair places and because this was a Friday night no one would come until Monday. Precision took my call and sent a fabulous technician out the very next morning! The door was repaired before the snow had even started! We had always used a competitor before, but Precision will be our go to company moving forward!

He even showed us a little bit about the motor and how we could use it which was a huge benefit to me since my husband passed away several years ago. I have used Precision on several other occasions for the repair of our garage door opener. The technician usually calls and lets me know they are coming and upon arrival they take a close look at the unit and can usually take care of the problem. Today not so much, The technician did not call before he arrived and was just pure luck that I was home. I was showing him the problem and the first thing he asked was "How old is this thing?" I said 10 years or so and when he realized it was much older he went on into sales mode instead of repair mood. He went ahead and did the inspection on the door and when I came back out he had my sale options ready to discuss. I asked about repairing it, but he said it was beyond repair. If he hadn't told me that he was kinda new to this I would have just believed him and said ok lets replace it, but if he was not sure if it could be fixed then I put the brakes on the purchase and may contact another company for the repair. I'm not made I just want to make sure before I spend $700 to replace it instead of a $100 repair.

Quick service and job done well, just watch pricing. Cost twice what two other copies quoted after job complete. Should have waited instead of rushing with first available appointment. Our bad, won’t use them again

Precision came to repair our door a couple of years ago. When I broke tgg he a door last night, you are the only company I would have called! I called this morning at 10:30 and Jason arrived by 11!! Jason came and installed our new and VERY quiet garage door opener! Thank you Jason!!!!
