I needed repairs on my garage door. I had seen Precision Garage Door’s commercial several times so I gave them a call and I’m glad I did. They scheduled service for the next day. The technician showed up within the arrival window and called in advance to notify me he was on the way. Tech quickly diagnosed the problem and provided repair options and estimates. Tech actually had all parts on hand to replace the motor and associated equipment during the visit. He gave me a good overview of the installation and performed an operational test. He was also very professional and friendly. An overall great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend Precision Garage Doors.

David with Precision Door was very professional, took the time to explain what needed to be done to fix our garage door, and offered me some other items that the door needed. He in no way pressured me into adding additional repairs, just advised me that they were going to be needed soon. he fixed the springs and I had him replace the rollers, and he was a total gentleman. Could not have asked for better service!!!

We had our garage door opener replaced by technician John Hill. He took the time to explain all my options, and was very helpful. He replaced my garage door opener and there was no mess, he removed all the parts that he replaced, and was very informative. He took the time to explain all the buttons and what each was used for. Good reviews led me to call them. Door was sticking to extent it’s would trip the over load. David stopped by to do a tune up. He was courteous, knowledgeable and really represented the company excellently. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it as part of the tune up service. Kevin and David Reidinger installed our new garage door and control pad on 2-14-20. These guys were very professional and skilled. It didn't take long for them to get the old door down and install the new doors, hardware and control pad. They took the time to answer our questions.
