I found them online with great reviews and our garage door broke on Sunday, when most businesses are closed. I was so happy to find someone available and knowledgeable. Our technician was great and knowledgeable. And had us fixed in under an hour, working outside in the freezing cold. So happy with our service!

Technician Jacqueline was wonderful on her repair visit to fix my garage door. She helped install it July, 2025. As a teacher, I appreciated all her admirable skills: patience in answering my questions, diagnosing and fixing the issue, her friendliness and sense of humor. I would never recommend anyone use this company for garage door spring repair. They came to my house, quoted $900 to repair springs that a competitor ended up charging me HALF the price to fix. They told me I needed new bearings, which turned out not to be true. And charged me $89.99 to do NOTHING but take a shit in my toilet.

Eric was outstanding!! He was here promptly as quoted and was very professional, courtious, informative and knowledgable. He was here about 15 minutes and did everything I asked him if he would do. You could have gave me a ballpark estimate over the phone. The technician came out and gave an estimate well over $600. Of course the estimate was way over priced. Yet I still paid $90 for the run. I feel ripped off. Bruce Wall

Had to replace with 3 clamps on rail to keep wires in check because they were almost down to my car door. Should work ! When you all installed the door in early November 2024 they used an inferior product to hold the wires in place; a plastic white clip and a black one by the garage door that fell off. Should have known better after repeated use, it would not last. Solved the problem. Personnel were helpful, professional, and thanks for response in the day I called.
