They were quick to respond when I use them prior. They were quick to set up an appointment. I knew my equipment was old. Needing the keypad reset and an extra garage door opener was not possible with units that were over 20 and possibly 25 years old. New ones were installed. I was satisfied with the technician. He explained what he was giving me and that I should register my equipment. When I went to register them, I was asked what model which I couldn’t find on any of the paperwork I was given. So I guessed one. Then they asked for a copy of my receipt. I had none. Instead, I sent a photograph of precisions letter acknowledging their service.

Today my technician was Austin. We’ve used precision over the years for 2 new doors, a motor, and sensors. Always professional. They even work if you’re not home. Extremely responsive.

I’ve used Precision many times for my garage door repairs. They are consistently professional and courteous. This last visit was with Jason. He showed up when promised. He presented me with my repair options and explained the pros and cons of each option. He was patient with all my questions. The work was completed quickly and accurately. I was not familiar with Precision when I called, but I was looking for a company that could fix my garage door, at a fair price and as soon as possible, since the door would not open. I was surprised, when their representative showed up, within an hour, and repaired my door at a very good price. Great tech. My door would not close. The tech came on sche. Took care of the problem. He even checked another issue with my door and told me what needed to done to keep my garage door running smoothly. Gave me the price and I will have it done nxt month.

We were in a bind when our garage door was stuck half open and wouldn't open or close from there and was clearly off kilter. Our car was stuck inside. Trey Martin did a fantastic job getting our issues fixed, which included fixing a roller, cabling and some other items on the door. The door now closes better than it did before. Trey was very polite, friendly, patient and did what it took to get our garage door working again!. Because of how he handled the visit we will definitely go with Precision door the next time we need help or a replacement. Give Trey a raise!!! We will be recommending Precision to others!

We called you because you put in a new door for us 9 years ago and we received good service. You responded this time quickly but you upsold us on items we didn’t need and/or way overcharged us on them. For all the work you did a comparable company would have maybe charged us $750 but you charged us $1487. Your technician said other companies would be comparable to the $1487, however, when I called another company this morning they would have likely just installed the springs and bearings and charged us less than $600. We felt trapped into using you and not getting other quotes yesterday because your tech was already here and you charge us for $90 for just showing up. The total parts that were used on this job probably cost PGDS less than $150, so basically we were charged over $1300 for a 2 hour labor and overhead job, which is not comparable to the market. On just the 12 rollers alone you charged us $360 installed and I could have bought the identical 12 rollers for $25 total and installed them myself in 30 minutes. Your cost on these I would suspect is less than $20 and it likely only took your technician 10-15 minutes to install. Bottom line is I let my family down by trusting your company to give us a fair market price. Please call me 502-415-2325 to try to make this right for us financially. Thank you.

Immediately told me ALL the issues with my present system before addressing the problem they was called out for. I could tell then that they were going to try and sell me something I didn’t need. All I needed was my remote programmed. But they were willing to sell me a new system for $1300.00! Same issue with my dad when he called them because his door would not open. He found out after he purchase a new key pad that all he needed was batteries. Watch out! ! !

Work was excellent and technician was very knowledgeable. The price of the work done was very high. Charging $50.00 for a pully blew me away. Overall, work was great, but your pricing was terrible. Will probably noy use Precision doors again.

I was charged 235.70 to replace faulty sensors. $220 for a Liftmaster safety beam kit $15.70 fuel disposal and shop supplies Less than I/2 hour time spent on job. Liftmaster safety beam kits can be purchased for under $50 and I don't know what the $15.70 charge was for. A service charge of $89 was supposed to be free according to a coupon on Precision web site. This charge is excessive.

One of my garage door springs broke today and within an hour of calling Precision, the technician, Jason W., arrived. He installed two new springs and new bearings in less than an hour.
