A spring broke on my garage door late Friday night and I needed somebody to come out on the weekend, due to my work schedule. I could not have been more pleased with the whole experience, from scheduling online to the excellent communication throughout. Eric was very professional and courteous. He also showed me how to lubricate the rollers, tracks, springs and hinges, which admittedly we hadn't done a great job of in the 10 years we have been in this house.

Got home from work and my garage opened but I noticed my wheel popped off, so I called them after 6 pm and a live person answered. They scheduled me for today first thing. Great customer service very friendly and helpful. The tech called me this morning to tell me he was on the way. After he done a full inspection he was very informative of what should be completed to keep my garage door in good shape.

Eric Mitchell was fast and efficient! I reached out to Precision on a Sunday because our spring had cracked on our garage door. They quoted me a time between 2-6p for same dam service/arrival. He was at our house within the hour and repaired the door within 30 min. I’m not sure of the pricing was reasonable because I didn’t call around since I wanted it fixed immediately. Either way, I’m happy with the fast service!

It was Saturday morning. I called six different garage door repair companies etc. No one could get to me to repair my garage door for many hours or until Monday. Panic sets in .I call Precision and long story short they are at my house in an hour. In and out in about 45min. Garage Door Repaired. I won’t forget this service .

The only Garage door company that I could get to repair a broken door spring on a Saturday. They came during my time appointment, make the repair quickly and checked and adjusted my garage door opener settings after repairing the broken spring. Tech Dakota Williams was fast and very polite. The person I talked to yesterday evening was very helpful and said she could have someone here as early as 10-noon, and the young man who came was great! He was polite and friendly and told us exactly what was wrong and explained how he would replace the broken spring and how long it would take, etc. Apparently these new springs (we opted to replace them both) should last quite a bit longer than the ones that came with the new door we purchased from you almost 3 years ago which is good news. Anyway, couldn't have asked for better service from a nicer, more knowledgeable technician! DEFINITELY 5 star service!

Wonderful service! I called at 3pm and they were at my house by 5pm. Door was back to operating 20 min after Kyle arrived! Kyle was super professional and a pleasure to work with. Cameron Gullion was my installer. He did a great job all around. He called ahead to verify that he was on the way and was on time. Polite, courteous and was very knowledgeable about the process. He attempted a lesser option of connecting the older opener (35 years), to our new vehicles HomeLink. That was not going to work. So, I had him install a new Genie opener. And he connected it to two vehicles with HomeLink, and two handheld controllers. All of them controlling both of our garage doors. Thank you Cameron.

We had our door installed 7 years ago. One of the main springs gave out and we needed to have them replaced. Tyler F was our technician. He was fast, friendly, and a dog lover! The work was completed quickly and well. Cost of new springs was somewhat eye-popping, but Tyler knowledgably helped us take advantage of any applicable discounts.

What a fantastic company! Precision garage door really came through in my time of need! I mistakenly closed our garage door when the trunk of our car was open causing it to misalign and not open or close. This happened on Sunday! I called never thinking I would speak to anyone but I did and the Precision rep scheduled a service tech to come out first thing Monday morning. They followed up and were here on time as promised. Kyle the service tech was fantastic! Professional, courteous, competent and careful were just some of the adjectives I would use to describe him and his work. Needless to say he fixed it and it is working better than ever. Thank you Kyle and thank you Precision. It is reassuring to know that there are still some great companies out there who are willing to do what it takes to get the job done right and reassure their customers that they made the right choice with Precision Garage Doors.
