Our garage door tension springs failed. We called and were able to receive same day service (even on a Saturday). The technician was kind, courteous and efficient. He was able to replace our springs in an hour. He presented me with options that fit our needs. Understandingly, he looked at our garage door opener and saw that it was older and could benefit from getting replaced even though that’s not the reason for the service. He presented me with options for the work he could perform. We declined getting a new opener and we appreciated that he did don’t try to pressure us into getting it. Overall we appreciated the work performed and would recommend this company.

I sent an email around 8 am and the tech, Jaqueline, was at my house by 1. She went right to work and figured out the problem in no time. Probably would've been done sooner but I kept asking questions. Which she answered without skipping a beat. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and personable. And the price was far better than any other service provider I called for estimates. Highly recommend!!

As a 23 yr Navy Veteran I want to support Veteran owned shops first. Spring broke, I was able to schedule an appointment for a time that was convenient for me and more importantly cost was very reasonable. Spring was fixed and service was top notch. Very helpful and passionate about the job. Did not try to sell me anything extra and was honest and transparent. Precision will have all my garage business needs in the future.

A spring broke on my garage door late Friday night and I needed somebody to come out on the weekend, due to my work schedule. I could not have been more pleased with the whole experience, from scheduling online to the excellent communication throughout. Eric was very professional and courteous. He also showed me how to lubricate the rollers, tracks, springs and hinges, which admittedly we hadn't done a great job of in the 10 years we have been in this house.

The only Garage door company that I could get to repair a broken door spring on a Saturday. They came during my time appointment, make the repair quickly and checked and adjusted my garage door opener settings after repairing the broken spring. Tech Dakota Williams was fast and very polite. I am very happy with the service I received from Precision Garage Door Service. Jason was very professional & honest. He only replaced what needed to be replaced (springs & bearings) & did not try to sell me anything else. The motor is 17 years old. He told me it is still good & I should get another few more years out of it. Will definitely use them again in the future.
