I am very happy with the service I received from Precision Garage Door Service. Jason was very professional & honest. He only replaced what needed to be replaced (springs & bearings) & did not try to sell me anything else. The motor is 17 years old. He told me it is still good & I should get another few more years out of it. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Precision provides an unbelievable service across the board: great communications, fast response, professional service technicians, and more importantly their service is reasonably priced. I strongly recommend them to anyone requiring garage door service/ repairs. My elderly father’s garage door was in an unbelievable state, and this literally happened overnight. The garage door had come off its rails on both sides but at various areas so it was dangling at some spots and was stuck with a quarter of the door up. With the weather now being cold my Dad needed the door repaired immediately. I called several garage repair services late morning on Friday. All but one couldn’t come until until the following week or Saturday. I thought major repairs were going to be required so when a John H showed up from Precision and assured me he would have the door repaired in an hour I was disbelief. John was was the consummate professional. He was knowledgeable, personable, and was “done” In less than one hour. Everything that needed to be replaced was replaced with quality parts. Rick came in and did an excellent job. We were having trouble with our garage door opener, so Rick installed a new one. He was very courteous and friendly, he provided detailed information on what was going on with our old opener, as well as what he was going to install. Collin arrived right on time and got straight to evaluating my problem and then gave me choices for my repair. I went with the door overhaul, which it desperately needed. Within an hour I had a fully functional door again, and it is quieter than it has ever been. I will probably have the folks back out next month to overhaul my other garage door and possibly install 2 openers on a new building I am putting up. Totally satisfied.

My garage door would not open So my daughter called the Louisville office about 5:00 p.m. They sent a technician within a couple of hours and were very thorough in identifying the problem. The technician worked until after 11:00 p.m. to complete the repairs. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I was able to sleep well knowing we were safe and secure.

Previously had garage spring replaced in 2013. Finally broke again, so called. Dakota Williams was the person sent out the next day. Very responsive, prompt, had everything needed and worked fast. Appreciated his explanation of things. Will definitely call again, hopefully in 10-12 years though.
