They always respond quickly . My time frame was 12 to 4. They call at 945 and say they are on the way. Just needed a new remote that quit working . They gave me a new one for 140 dollars. Was not happy withe the service for that. The technician was courteous and polite. Just thought that was a little pricey. They have done great repairs though in the past. . They call at 945

Told Dakota very bad business to miss quote price ask to call supervisor then he said he would do the job for 499.00 Weird. I have used Precision several times in the past and found them to be prompt and reliable. One of the two main springs on my garage door had broken. I called Precision on Wednesday, December 10, made an appointment for the next day between 10-12. Technician, Austin Dever called me at 9:30 letting me know he was on his way. Austin made a thorough examination of my door and opener before proceeding. Austin had the springs replaced in less than an hour. He was very courteous and professional. He informed me of the cost before proceeding (I must admit that I was taken aback when he gave me the amount) It was definitely more than I expected and I still feel it cost more than it should have. But, other than that, I have no complaints. I'm very pleased with the repair. Thanks, Austin

One of my garage doors wasn’t working properly. I’ve used Precision before so I went with you again. It was expensive and unexpected for me to have to pay $1402. The technician was nice and helpful. I only wish you guys had a same as cash option so the payout wouldn’t have been so painful.

I would give 5 stars but the woman who scheduled the service on the phone told me a different price that I would likely pay. Service tech was on time, fixed the issue quickly, and did not damage any property or make any messes. Very impressed with tech.

We had our door installed 7 years ago. One of the main springs gave out and we needed to have them replaced. Tyler F was our technician. He was fast, friendly, and a dog lover! The work was completed quickly and well. Cost of new springs was somewhat eye-popping, but Tyler knowledgably helped us take advantage of any applicable discounts.

Well they came out with wrong size door. After waiting a week and half so now got to wait for the Wright size. But your technicians were very nice and plight. No fault of there's at all I was not upset just little disappointed

Same day, quick appointment. Recommend a new opener & tech was very nice & knowledgeable. With that being said, we're gonna probably shop around.... feel like price is kinda high for just the opener but if quotes are comparable we'd definitely go with precision.

I chose Precision Service because I had seen their TV ads. My garage door was having trouble closing because raccoons had gotten into my garage and damaged the wiring. The consultant on the phone was friendly and helpful. She set up an appointment on the same day. The technician arrived right on time and was very knowledgeable. He fixed the wiring very quickly and tested the function of the opener to my satisfaction. My only complaint about the service was the cost- it was a lot more than I expected. He only worked on it for about 30 minutes and charged $251. But I guess that goes with the times.
