I chose Precision Door for two reasons. 1. I hear their commercial every morning while I'm getting ready for work. 2. I googled garage door repair near me and Precision was the first one listed. It said they were open 24 hours. It is currently Sunday and tomorrow is Labor Day. I sent a message and got a call maybe 15 minutes later saying a technician could come today! I was not expecting that! I was expecting to get put on the schedule but never in a million years did i expect someone the same day! Kyle, the technician, showed up in the time frame I was given. He fixed my door and installed a new opener that we purchased several years ago but hadn't installed yet. Kyle was very knowledgeable,, very professional and very nice. It was an easy process from start to finish. I highly recommend Precision Door Service and Kyle!

We had our chain and a gear break on our garage the other night. I immediately called for weekend service. Kyle called Saturday morning to let me know his ETA. When he arrived he was amazing. He accessed the job and recommended what needed to be done and why. He checked in constantly to let us know his time frame and what he was working on. He then let us know when he was finished and again, confirmed the final invoice before pay. I would highly recommend Precision Garage for any repair service!

My garage door spring broke on a Friday night with my vehicle trapped inside. I called Precision Door and they said they could have a technician out the next morning. My technician arrived a little after 8:00, replaced both springs and performed other replacements as needed. Kyle was fantastic, a really personable, genuine nice guy. Very satisfied with the service.

Rick May was our Tech he was professional and on time. He gave us a courtesy call when he was on his way so we would be expecting him. Rick was extremely knowledgeable about our overhead door and explained fully what was wrong and what wasn't wrong. Gave us a quote that we gladly accepted and he went straight to work. I was impressed with Rick's craftsmanship and how he left the job cleaner than when he started. We had two springs replaced along with the center bearing. I would definitely recommend Rick and Precision doors to my family and friends.
