Eric was outstanding!! He was here promptly as quoted and was very professional, courtious, informative and knowledgable. He was here about 15 minutes and did everything I asked him if he would do. I called Precision today when my garage door spring broke and trapped my two cars inside. I couldn’t lift the 16 ft. door by self and I was very uneasy to Waite as my husband is confined to a wheelchair. I was relieved to find out they would come out on a Saturday. Kyle was early and very polite and courteous. He repaired our door timely and at what we felt was a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Precision for your garage door needs.

Precision completed a maintenance check on my garage door. The service tech was very nice and friendly. I was charged a $65 for the service charge and $88 for the maintenance. About 2 hours after the technician left, I was leaving my house and noticed a huge area of grease on my drive. I immediately contacted the 1-800 number and advised them. I was told the local office was not available and that someone would call me back shortly. After not hearing back from anyone, i called the local office 3 hours later and spoke to the manager, Rick, at the Clarksville location. Understandably, he questioned me as to whether the spot could have been left by another vehicle. I proceeded to tell him that I live alone, no one parks in my driveway, and the spot was not there the day before. He sent the technician back that evening with a driveway cleaner and pressure washer. Even though the spot was still there, I was asked to let it dry overnight. I did not hear from anyone the following day to check in with me. On the 3rd day, I sent Rick (the manager) a photo of my drive still showing the large spot. He has failed to respond in any way. I had my driveway and sidewalks professionally cleaned and sealed just last summer. The grease or transmission fluid that is present is about 20" in length and 5" wide so its a pretty big area. The fact that no one followed up with me or responded to my text message is very concerning. It is this reason that I will not use them in the future or recommend them to anyone.

I was very pleased with the service. Jeff Goff was here at the time he told me. He replaced the springs in a timely manner. I'm a single mom of a special needs child and needed this fixed right away. My daughters bus picks her up in my driveway. Garage is the easiest way to get her to the bus.
