My garage door broke on a Saturday night. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day, yay! Eric arrived early for my scheduled appointment. He was courteous and professional. He answered all my questions, encouraged me to ask anything and explained everything he was going to do. He repaired my garage door quickly. We are repeat customers! We used Precision Garage Door to install a new door on the small garage at our new house. A year or so later we used Precision again when the springs on the door of our attached garage broke. So yesterday when we could not raise or lower the door on the attached garage and it was halfway up and lopsided I knew who to call! They do excellent work, always quote a price and let you know beforehand if there will be any additional charges. Eric Mitchell, our repair person, showed us what happened, what he needed to do and got it fixed! He even showed up how to lubricate to rollers and coils to keep the door opening and closing smoothly, we had no idea we were supposed to be doing this! Thanks Eric, for helping us out and doing a great job!

Technician was very helpful. The service was dependable, easy to schedule and quick. Overall, I am very pleased that my problem was resolved so quickly. My only complaint is that an extra labor charge was added to the service call fee. I believe if no parts are replaced the labor should be included in the service fee. Aside from that, I would use service again.

The opener COULDN’T be fixed, but the service repair person was very good. THE PROBLEM WAS NOT in the door opener it was in the big unit. Everything works but door opener to fix it had to replace entire Garage opener.hand unit ok car ok outside number button ok. Decided not to spend 8-9 hundred dollars to replace the unit,

Our Garage door broke on Saturday in the afternoon. After my husband worked on it, we decided we need to call the professionals. Our main concern was trying to find someone that would be open to come out on a Sunday. I am sure glad I found Precision. Eric was so friendly and was quick on his feet. The 2 technicians that came out were Outstanding! They were both friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Thank you! My only complaint is that Precision chose to replace my Liftmaster garage opener (had it for 21 years) with a Linear 2 years ago, which appears to be of lower quality, because I had to have Precision on come out for the Linear unit/circuit board. I wasn’t aware of the difference in quality of the garage door openers until Now. Please don’t choose Linear anymore.

I was looking for a budget-friendly garage door to replace the 50 year old door on my detatched garage. I got bids from three different companies.Their sales associate showed up on time. He was friendly, knowlegable, and professional. Their quote was significanly lower than the two other companies that gave me quotes. Within a few days they called me back to schedule the work. The installer showed up on time and did a great job. The installers used by Precision are employees (not contracted out third parties). I couldn't be happier with the entire experience and would recommend them.

They arrived early and got started right away. Removed the old door and all the hardware. Replaced with all new rails and new hardware. Reattached the garage door opener. Then made final adjustments. Cleaned up what mess their was. Gave instructions. Then left. Very courteous while he was here. Eric would highly recommend for anyone needing a garage door.
