I have used Precision several times in the past and found them to be prompt and reliable. One of the two main springs on my garage door had broken. I called Precision on Wednesday, December 10, made an appointment for the next day between 10-12. Technician, Austin Dever called me at 9:30 letting me know he was on his way. Austin made a thorough examination of my door and opener before proceeding. Austin had the springs replaced in less than an hour. He was very courteous and professional. He informed me of the cost before proceeding (I must admit that I was taken aback when he gave me the amount) It was definitely more than I expected and I still feel it cost more than it should have. But, other than that, I have no complaints. I'm very pleased with the repair. Thanks, Austin

The PGD technician who performed our garage door repair was prompt, polite, and knowledgeable. I did feel somewhat that we were being upsold on the more expensive of the 2 repair options presented (which we took), so time will tell whether we made the right choice.
