When I called I was told it would be 89 dollars for basic maintenance. It ended up being over 200 dollars to lube the rollers and springs , adjust the springs and chain. To me that seems a bit pricey. I will probably get more estimates if I ever need work done again.

I chose Precision because I had always heard that Precision was a very reputable company. And I was right! The technician showed up a little bit early and explained what needed to be done. The very large spring above the door had snapped in half. He told me he could have the door repaired in an hour. Well, it took him about 30 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and very courteous. I highly recommend Precision. Very satisfied.

Jason arrived today and determined we needed a top panel, bracket, and suggested I replace the motor (1999 model). The old motor wasn't stopping the door from hitting an obstruction above the sensor which is what caused our issue. I also received a veteran's discount! Called Precision on a Friday afternoon because my garage door was very loud when it opened and closed and had been for a long time. Set up an appointment for the next day for an inspection. Jason Wallace called within half an hour and asked if he could come out that day (Friday) since he was nearby. He diagnosed the issue and installed a new Genie opener. Jason was helpful and worked efficiently.
