Jason was great. He explained how the spring went bad and it had popped off. He even showed us a little bit about the motor and how we could use it which was a huge benefit to me since my husband passed away several years ago. Jason Wallace was on time and extremely helpful. Our garage door was totally out of commission and unable to get our car out. Without a doubt he was an experienced professional and was able to release our car quickly. He gave us a quote for a new garage door and service quickly. When I called I was told it would be 89 dollars for basic maintenance. It ended up being over 200 dollars to lube the rollers and springs , adjust the springs and chain. To me that seems a bit pricey. I will probably get more estimates if I ever need work done again.

I chose Precision because I had always heard that Precision was a very reputable company. And I was right! The technician showed up a little bit early and explained what needed to be done. The very large spring above the door had snapped in half. He told me he could have the door repaired in an hour. Well, it took him about 30 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and very courteous. I highly recommend Precision. Very satisfied.
