Jason Wallace was our technician and did a fantastic job. My only issue is when I called this morning the rough estimate for spring replacement was more than $100 per spring. Otherwise I was completely satisfied with the work. If I need other work done on either garage door, I will probably call around.

I contacted Precision for my repair because my mother in-law had her garage door repaired by Precision a few weeks ago. She was extremely happy with the service and the technician. As it turns our my technician was Jason Wallace, the same person that repaired my mother in-law's door. Jason was prompt on his arrival, he examined my door opener and quickly found the issue. Jason had everything he need to fix my opener with him and started right away. Jason was very professional and easy to talk to. He explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. Jason reflects well on the company and seemed to very happy working for Precision. I am very satisfied with the work completed and the new equipment that was installed. I feel Precision Garage Door Service is an A+ business and I would not hesitate to use their services again if needed. If all of the employees are like Jason, I don't think you could go wrong using this company!
