Jason was great. He explained how the spring went bad and it had popped off. He even showed us a little bit about the motor and how we could use it which was a huge benefit to me since my husband passed away several years ago. I called Precision on 10/16/25 around 10:00 AM and their service technician arrived at my home at 12:30 PM. Great response! We have an old garage and was worried it will cost us much to have it repaired, the price was reasonable that we also requested for the installation of rhe motor we have purchased before & was happy for the work done. Jackie was great, stayed until the work is done and patient enough to answer all of our questions. I will highly recommend her for any future services regarding garage door.

I am a repeat customer of Precision Garage Door. They are everything you want in a company. I called at 2:00p and they were here at 3:00p. One of my springs was broken and, of course, my car was locked inside. The tech was knowledgeable and concerned with keeping down the costs to me. I really appreciated that. He got me a three year warranty and explained how I could save money with annual maintenence inspections. His name was Kyle and couldn't have been better.
