Guys who installed door were great and completed in less than 3 hours for whole new door, motor and keypad. Door is so quiet. We should have done this sooner. Our garage door tension springs failed. We called and were able to receive same day service (even on a Saturday). The technician was kind, courteous and efficient. He was able to replace our springs in an hour. He presented me with options that fit our needs. Understandingly, he looked at our garage door opener and saw that it was older and could benefit from getting replaced even though that’s not the reason for the service. He presented me with options for the work he could perform. We declined getting a new opener and we appreciated that he did don’t try to pressure us into getting it. Overall we appreciated the work performed and would recommend this company.
