Mark K. promptly identified the problem (broken torsion spring) and recommended a proper fix with NO upsell pressure. Price quoted for service was fair and the task completed in 30 minutes. Firstly, to point out extremely nice and kind tech you sent, Mark Keown, absolutely cultured and civilized guy, who patiently and with full respect listened to what I had to say…explained problem to my satisfaction, fixed it quickly and efficiently! Kudos to this technician! Secondly, which also should be kind of Firstly too, I was very disappointed that this springs problem happened now, 2026, after this door were installed 2018. It’s very, very soon to expect this problem and not cheap fixture(parts). It is my opinion, that even it’s manufacturer’s problem, bed quality and so on, it should be definitely discussion between Precision company (bcs we are primarily your customers) and manufacturers. It’s unacceptable what happened to us. Regardless of statistics, nobody I know, have this short life parts! Would like to have some feedback from you guys…would like to hear what that manufacture have to say!! This is not couple of $ but really expensive “game”. Thank you.

They were quick to respond when I use them prior. They were quick to set up an appointment. I knew my equipment was old. Needing the keypad reset and an extra garage door opener was not possible with units that were over 20 and possibly 25 years old. New ones were installed. I was satisfied with the technician. He explained what he was giving me and that I should register my equipment. When I went to register them, I was asked what model which I couldn’t find on any of the paperwork I was given. So I guessed one. Then they asked for a copy of my receipt. I had none. Instead, I sent a photograph of precisions letter acknowledging their service.

I was not familiar with Precision when I called, but I was looking for a company that could fix my garage door, at a fair price and as soon as possible, since the door would not open. I was surprised, when their representative showed up, within an hour, and repaired my door at a very good price. We were in a bind when our garage door was stuck half open and wouldn't open or close from there and was clearly off kilter. Our car was stuck inside. Trey Martin did a fantastic job getting our issues fixed, which included fixing a roller, cabling and some other items on the door. The door now closes better than it did before. Trey was very polite, friendly, patient and did what it took to get our garage door working again!. Because of how he handled the visit we will definitely go with Precision door the next time we need help or a replacement. Give Trey a raise!!! We will be recommending Precision to others!
