I called on a Friday afternoon because my garage door broke. They sent Josh on Monday, he inspected it, assured us we didn't have to replace the door, dud done maintenance, replaced a few things and it works like new! Josh was friendly, professional and very helpful. I will use this company again.

I was able to get a next-day appointment by booking online which I appreciate. Dakota arrived towards the beginning of my service window which I also appreciate since the window was 4 hours long. He not only repaired my garage door issues but also helped get my car back into the garage after getting it stuck in the snow/ice that has taken over my alley. The night before a major snowstorm out garage door came off the tracks and would not close. I called several garage door repair places and because this was a Friday night no one would come until Monday. Precision took my call and sent a fabulous technician out the very next morning! The door was repaired before the snow had even started! We had always used a competitor before, but Precision will be our go to company moving forward!

Had to replace with 3 clamps on rail to keep wires in check because they were almost down to my car door. Should work ! When you all installed the door in early November 2024 they used an inferior product to hold the wires in place; a plastic white clip and a black one by the garage door that fell off. Should have known better after repeated use, it would not last. Solved the problem. Personnel were helpful, professional, and thanks for response in the day I called.

Our technician was great and knowledgeable. And had us fixed in under an hour, working outside in the freezing cold. So happy with our service!

Eric was outstanding!! He was here promptly as quoted and was very professional, courtious, informative and knowledgable. He was here about 15 minutes and did everything I asked him if he would do.
