Very happy with the work Mark Keown did on our Garage door. He came out on a Sunday and fixed it and then had to come back on the following Wednesday for a few tweaks. He was very professional and knowledgeable! Would definitely use this business again. Price very competitive and Veteran Friendly!

Your technician installed a new opener for us a couple of years ago. Larry called to ask first a visit and Jason said…I think I can fix it over the phone-he was on his way to another appointment. He told Larry to go outside and look at the control panel. He fixed it!! Turned out it was set on lock mode!! People comment on how quiet our opener is!!

Unusual,Dakota did a good job,but the price Quoted by phone from your office was 499.00.Dakota quoted the price was 735.00 said office didn't know you were not carry that opener any longer just read a script. Told Dakota very bad business to miss quote price ask to call supervisor then he said he would do the job for 499.00 Weird. Then three different phone calls asking about the job yesterday Very unusual

Had a very pleasant experience with my first experience with Precision Garage Door today. I made an appointment on a Sunday evening on line for early Monday morning and immediately received a confirmation. On Monday morning early I received a text from the employee that was going to do my repair and he notified me that he could come an hour earlier than I had requested. He arrived at 8 am and had repairs done to two of my garage doors by 10 am. He was very polite and pleasant. I will definitely use Precision Garage Door Service for any future issues with my garage doors!

Completed request for service and set an appointment time on their website. Received a very quick response and timely updates to their arrival (much appreciated). Mark K. promptly identified the problem (broken torsion spring) and recommended a proper fix with NO upsell pressure. Price quoted for service was fair and the task completed in 30 minutes. Great experience.

I called and asked a price for an opener install of my own opener. I was told $225, then I called again to ask a question and was told there would be an $89.99 service fee. Jason came out and did an ok job. When he quoted the job onsite it was over $560.00. I called and asked for a supervisor and when I got a call back it was Jason, the technician. I called again and still was not given to a supervisor above the technician. Poor customer service.

The night before a major snowstorm out garage door came off the tracks and would not close. I called several garage door repair places and because this was a Friday night no one would come until Monday. Precision took my call and sent a fabulous technician out the very next morning! The door was repaired before the snow had even started! We had always used a competitor before, but Precision will be our go to company moving forward!

Eric was outstanding!! He was here promptly as quoted and was very professional, courtious, informative and knowledgable. He was here about 15 minutes and did everything I asked him if he would do. I couldn't have asked for a more professional and comfortable experience. I can not talk because of larynx surgery so I had to write everything down for him and he was very patient with me.
