We have used Precision each time we have had a garage door issue. They are consistently prompt, reliable, dependable and very professional. Today they responded quickly to my problem, assessed the repairs needed and provided me with options. They were able to fix the issue right then since they had all the parts they needed on their truck. I will continue to contact them any time i have a garage door need.

I think 413.00 dollars to hang a garage door opener in under 2 hours was injustice. And would not replace the wiring unless I gave him a additional $80.00. I know alot of people and will highly discourage them from using Precision

He tried to fix things, but I had to have a new garage door opener. He also replaced the rollers, greased the chain. He programmed my car to the opener, and we had him add an outdoor keypad. Nice. We shouldn’t have to worry about the door for years.

Saw an add in the phone book. Decided to give them a try. They were wonderful. Was. Very professional and did a wonderful job. They also gave me a 90 days. If something goes wrong they will come back and fix it. I would recommend them to everyone.Didn’t try to get me to put in a new door..

Jason arrived on-time and quickly and efficiently identified the issues with my current installation, explained and recommended choices for me to consider to fix the issue to my satisfaction, and upon my choice provided friendly and informative installation of my new opener and lower garage rubber seal/coping. I am concerned that the frame holding the garage opener is not going to hold the door . The frame is bended and twisted. When I call the Manager Rick May I was told that the technician is going to come to my house tomorrow. The manager refused to take my call .

We have seen your commercials on television and you came across as a very professional company. We came home from church to find our garage door spring broken and needed to get our car out early the next day. We called at approximately 2:30pm on Easter Sunday and our door was fixed by 3:45pm. Thank you!

The install was done in a professional timely manor. John, the technician, was on time and very personable. When I called to get an estimate,I ended up having to call back 3 times to get it. My initial install date was Friday April 5 in the morning, I was called that morning and rescheduled for the afternoon! I was then called the same day and rescheduled for Tuesday April 9 because the opener was not in stock. My only point of contention is this, I was charged a diagnostic charge of $115. I did not need diagnosis, I wanted a new garage door opener. There was absolutely no diagnostic done so I feel like the diagnostic charge should not apply.
