Dakota was the technician who came out, and he was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the issue and the work that needed to be done. I did want to share some feedback regarding the process. I did not get the option to choose which motor I wanted for my garage door. I would have appreciated being presented with the different options available, including the differences in features and pricing, so I could make a more informed decision based on my needs. I had 2 commercial doors put on by precision door and they are very good and quiet, My neighbors have remarked how quiet. Precision was so quick to get here and Jason was very good at what he does, I did not call until around noon and they were here by 5:00 and gone by 5:30.

Your technician installed a new opener for us a couple of years ago. Larry called to ask first a visit and Jason said…I think I can fix it over the phone-he was on his way to another appointment. He told Larry to go outside and look at the control panel. He fixed it!! Turned out it was set on lock mode!! People comment on how quiet our opener is!!

Had a very pleasant experience with my first experience with Precision Garage Door today. I made an appointment on a Sunday evening on line for early Monday morning and immediately received a confirmation. On Monday morning early I received a text from the employee that was going to do my repair and he notified me that he could come an hour earlier than I had requested. He arrived at 8 am and had repairs done to two of my garage doors by 10 am. He was very polite and pleasant. I will definitely use Precision Garage Door Service for any future issues with my garage doors!
