I called early on the 31st of December. Jason Wallace came out to repair the rollers and track from a door panel that had become dislodged. In less than 5 minutes, it was repaired and working. My biggest thanks are to him and Precision for the fine work on the last day of the year. 2025 Has to be better (lol)

The spring on my garage door broke the Saturday after Thanksgiving. I called around 9:00 a.m. and was scheduled for a service call early that afternoon. Kyle, the technician, called and said he was running early and was available if I was. He was professional and friendly and explained my options for the repair. This was my first time using PGD, and I would recommend them.

I chose Precision several years ago when I needed to replace an old garage door. Once I made the appointment everything happened exactly the way it was agreed upon. No surprises on cost or quality of installation. Called recently from my new home after a lightning strike took out the mother board in my garage. I got the same solid service as years before. I won't call anyone else for my garage.

Once technician arrived, he was very professional, friendly, polite and extremely efficient. He provided me with the cost of the needed repair, and proceeded to make the repairs in a very quick manner. After the repair was made he suggested other things that should be addressed in the future and preventive maintenance suggestions, without any pressure. Our garage door spring broke and Precision Door had a very courteous young man out in what at the most was maybe 1 1/2 hours tops. You can also follow the actual live progress that the service tech is making on the way to the customer. Jason was friendly, courteous and completed the repair quickly and fine tuned the spring tension. We are very pleased with the service provided by Precision Door Service repair.

I called this morning as someone tried to break into my house last night and jacked up one corner of my garage door. Technician (Dakota) was at my house by 9:15. Assessed the damage immediately, gave me a quote on the repairs, and had it fixed by 9:45. Very nice young man. Quick and efficient. The cost was a lot less than I expected. I would recommend Precision to anyone and will call them again if I ever need this type of service again.
