I called and asked a price for an opener install of my own opener. I was told $225, then I called again to ask a question and was told there would be an $89.99 service fee. Jason came out and did an ok job. When he quoted the job onsite it was over $560.00. I called and asked for a supervisor and when I got a call back it was Jason, the technician. I called again and still was not given to a supervisor above the technician. Poor customer service.

The night before a major snowstorm out garage door came off the tracks and would not close. I called several garage door repair places and because this was a Friday night no one would come until Monday. Precision took my call and sent a fabulous technician out the very next morning! The door was repaired before the snow had even started! We had always used a competitor before, but Precision will be our go to company moving forward!

Eric was outstanding!! He was here promptly as quoted and was very professional, courtious, informative and knowledgable. He was here about 15 minutes and did everything I asked him if he would do. I couldn't have asked for a more professional and comfortable experience. I can not talk because of larynx surgery so I had to write everything down for him and he was very patient with me.

My tech, Kyle, came out same day to assist with general maintenance and safety checks. We managed to get the door to seal properly and take weight off the closer to improve the functionality and not burn the closer.

Jason was great. He explained how the spring went bad and it had popped off. He even showed us a little bit about the motor and how we could use it which was a huge benefit to me since my husband passed away several years ago. Dakota was great! He was able to fix our garage door issues. It appears our issue is with the Genie side wall mount system itself. I would highly recommend not purchasing that model. It has not worked properly since it was installed on a new construction home. Precision was the only company listed to do Genie repairs near us and they were still 30+ mins away. I don’t know if it was the travel distance for the technician or what, but I do feel like the repair bill was excessive to reprogram wall mounts, set tension & rewire cables. No new equipment was purchased. Just glad to have working garage doors.

I was expecting to have to install a new garage door motor, costing $700+/-. Jackie was prompt, polite, and knowledgeable, and fixed my problem by installing a new wire. She was here for about 35 minutes and saved me the $700!!! Thank you, Jackie!

Had springs replaced and I was told one price and then charged another without my knowledge. Company charged me 400 dollars an hour in labor to install rollers. I will never use again and I don’t recommend this company to anyone.

Saturday of Labor Day Weekend & my garage door wouldn’t open. I googled and found Precision Garage Door Service. I was pleasantly surprised to learn someone would come that day when I called. Dakota arrived, assessed the problem & less than an hour later I had a new garage door opener along with all of the necessary accessories. Absolutely thrilled with how quickly I was able to have a resolution to my problem! Excellent customer service! Huge thank you to Dakota for working on a holiday weekend!! He deserves a raise and bonus!

Called Precision at 10a and the technician Kyle F. (He was so friendly and knowledgeable) arrived before 2p!! Scheduling and confirmation via text was super efficient. The technician called with an estimated arrival time and was early, shook my hand when he introduced himself, determined the issue and fixed, explained to me what to check if anything ever happened again, plus did general inspection of the whole system including going above and beyond to replace the lightbulbs in the opener. I will definitely use and recommend Precision in the future!
