Our technician Kyle Frederick was very professional, efficient, and polite. He had called to let us know that he would be about 15 minutes late because his previous job took longer than expected. My technician, Kyle Frederick, did an EXCELLENT JOB! He explained to me the various options to repair my door and the costs of each one. I was worried that I would have to replace one of the panels, or maybe even the entire door, but he said that was not necessary. He did some adjustments to repair the place that was damaged and then installed a new Triple Touch Bottom Seal. Then he did a complete inspection, adjusted the tension springs, and lubricated all the rollers and hinges. The cost was very reasonable and much cheaper than I was expecting. Will definitely use Precision for any further garage door needs. Thanks!
