I am a repeat customer of Precision Garage Door. They are everything you want in a company. I called at 2:00p and they were here at 3:00p. One of my springs was broken and, of course, my car was locked inside. The tech was knowledgeable and concerned with keeping down the costs to me. I really appreciated that. He got me a three year warranty and explained how I could save money with annual maintenence inspections. His name was Kyle and couldn't have been better.

I chose Precision Door for two reasons. 1. I hear their commercial every morning while I'm getting ready for work. 2. I googled garage door repair near me and Precision was the first one listed. It said they were open 24 hours. It is currently Sunday and tomorrow is Labor Day. I sent a message and got a call maybe 15 minutes later saying a technician could come today! I was not expecting that! I was expecting to get put on the schedule but never in a million years did i expect someone the same day! Kyle, the technician, showed up in the time frame I was given. He fixed my door and installed a new opener that we purchased several years ago but hadn't installed yet. Kyle was very knowledgeable,, very professional and very nice. It was an easy process from start to finish. I highly recommend Precision Door Service and Kyle!

Called Precision at 10a and the technician Kyle F. (He was so friendly and knowledgeable) arrived before 2p!! Scheduling and confirmation via text was super efficient. The technician called with an estimated arrival time and was early, shook my hand when he introduced himself, determined the issue and fixed, explained to me what to check if anything ever happened again, plus did general inspection of the whole system including going above and beyond to replace the lightbulbs in the opener. I will definitely use and recommend Precision in the future!

I called Precision today when my garage door spring broke and trapped my two cars inside. I couldn’t lift the 16 ft. door by self and I was very uneasy to Waite as my husband is confined to a wheelchair. I was relieved to find out they would come out on a Saturday.
