Immediately told me ALL the issues with my present system before addressing the problem they was called out for. I could tell then that they were going to try and sell me something I didn’t need. All I needed was my remote programmed. But they were willing to sell me a new system for $1300.00! Same issue with my dad when he called them because his door would not open. He found out after he purchase a new key pad that all he needed was batteries. Watch out! ! !

I called and asked a price for an opener install of my own opener. I was told $225, then I called again to ask a question and was told there would be an $89.99 service fee. Jason came out and did an ok job. When he quoted the job onsite it was over $560.00. I called and asked for a supervisor and when I got a call back it was Jason, the technician. I called again and still was not given to a supervisor above the technician. Poor customer service.

Way too expensive for the job. But did not want to pay 115 dollars just for him to tell me i had a broken spring that I already knew. I will not get trapped the next time. And it won't be with Precision. Technician was fine.

Tech was ok…pricing is out of site…tech tried to convince us that everyone is about the same.. but as he was completing the work, we found out the job was over $200 overpriced… thank you very much for the adj… not sure we can ever trust your pricing again.

I am concerned that the frame holding the garage opener is not going to hold the door . The frame is bended and twisted. When I call the Manager Rick May I was told that the technician is going to come to my house tomorrow. The manager refused to take my call .

Charged me but left with job incomplete. Company makes sure it is impossible to contact the tech directly. They charge $75 for a service call, but don't deduct that amount from services performed. The tech was literally at my house for 30 minutes if that. Sold me 2 tensioning cables. I was told today that they did a $150 maintenance package in 10 minutes, installed the 2 cables that were over $100, in addition to the $75 fee that I guess you pay just for the privilege of hiring them. I had to fix the door alignment after they left. I think they used my ladder. This was a ripoff at the most basic level for money versus services rendered. Would not recommend or ever use again.

In early 2020 Precision installed a new garage door motor, keypad, and replaced both springs on our garage door and I paid $699. For our second garage door they came out on 5/12 and only replaced our garage door motor. No replacing of springs, no installation of outdoor keypad (we didn't need it) and did not have a light bulb for the unit and we paid $809. Basically we paid $110 more, didn't get fresh new springs, and had to provide our own light bulb. Paid more, got less. Not happy.

Came out the day I contacted them. They will charge you $65 to come out and give you a quote. The price for garage door opener and installation was double than other businesses. Not very happy with the pricing and then being charged for absolutely nothing.

Happy with the door but your prices keep going up and nothing has changed about the product. 499 for 3 remotes? I mean I can buy one and go buy two more programmable at Lowe’s for 30 dollars each. I build 5-12 houses a year and when I first started doing business with Precison my basic model door stated at 1200 then went to 1400 to now 1879 for the same size door and house plan. Can’t blame Covid on price gouging your clients. I’m switching company’s.

Quick service and job done well, just watch pricing. Cost twice what two other copies quoted after job complete. Should have waited instead of rushing with first available appointment. Our bad, won’t use them again

Precision completed a maintenance check on my garage door. The service tech was very nice and friendly. I was charged a $65 for the service charge and $88 for the maintenance. About 2 hours after the technician left, I was leaving my house and noticed a huge area of grease on my drive. I immediately contacted the 1-800 number and advised them. I was told the local office was not available and that someone would call me back shortly. After not hearing back from anyone, i called the local office 3 hours later and spoke to the manager, Rick, at the Clarksville location. Understandably, he questioned me as to whether the spot could have been left by another vehicle. I proceeded to tell him that I live alone, no one parks in my driveway, and the spot was not there the day before. He sent the technician back that evening with a driveway cleaner and pressure washer. Even though the spot was still there, I was asked to let it dry overnight. I did not hear from anyone the following day to check in with me. On the 3rd day, I sent Rick (the manager) a photo of my drive still showing the large spot. He has failed to respond in any way. I had my driveway and sidewalks professionally cleaned and sealed just last summer. The grease or transmission fluid that is present is about 20" in length and 5" wide so its a pretty big area. The fact that no one followed up with me or responded to my text message is very concerning. It is this reason that I will not use them in the future or recommend them to anyone.

Tech was friendly and knowledgeable. However $85 to show how to program multiple devices was Unreasonable. Why isn’t this information available on your u tube videos or phone support offered? I will be looking for another company to service In the future.

Jeremy was great. Had all the information quickly and got the quote together within a few minutes. However, when I called to place a deposit, the corporate office couldn't help me. First time I have ever had a company refuse to take my money.... Said someone would have to call me back. I own a business and would NEVER let this happen.

Precision has done good work for me in the past but disappointed on a recent door purchase/installation. After 3 call backs because the door was approximately 2 inches uneven, they told me it must be the house. I called Raynor and they had it within 1/2 inch after a small adjustment to the drum.

John was a 5-star installer. The new garage door opener is great, but I am not at all happy with the price of $699. If this had not been COVID-19 times, I would not have gone forward with the purchase / install, but I was in a bind. I have installed numerous openers myself over the years and I know that this one is about a $200 investment at Lowe's or Home Depot. A fair installed price would have been $500 instead of $700.

No repair preformed.A few squirts of WD40 and fooled with some wires. It seemed his goal was to sell me a new opener and anything else he could add on.I have been in business 40+ years and see this a lot.He seems like a nice person and always addressed me as Sir.This run should have taken 15 minutes they were there more than a hour.Your man is a heavy smoker and smoked on the job. in the garage,in the driveway and in his truck where it seemed he spent most of his time.

When I called to schedule the appointment. First of all, tha guy was very rude and second, I was not told about the $65.00 for just coming out to give me an estimate I will not call Precicision again.

I was disappointed and let down. On July 19, 2018 paid half down on garage door was scheduled to pay in full balance on July 24 day of scheduled installation. Fast forward, with a total of 3 Different visits out to home and cancellations. They finally completed the installation job today August 2. I was originally told and quoted it would only take 4 hours to do.

Precision was my second choice your company reminds me of Sears you call for repair your told you need a whole new unit I won't be using your company again my garage door makes same sounds as it did before you all repaired it 573.00 is quite expensive for springs
