When we called, your service person was here within 45 minutes, maybe less. Our garage door spring broke on Saturday. Both our cars were inside the garage at the time so we were stranded. Called Precision Garage Door in the afternoon and were scheduled for Sunday service. The technician, Josh Goodman was right on time and had the repair completed in about 1 1/2 hours. The whole experience with Precision Garage Door was just fine. A+

This is the 2nd time I’ve needed Precision for immediate response. They didn’t let me down. The spring broke & the door wouldn’t lift. Appointment time was 2-6 & the gentleman showed up at 1…after calling to let me know he was on the way. My options were new springs or a rebuild with new springs, cable & rollers. I chose the rebuild & am very satisfied. It was a bit more but all parts are guaranteed for 5 years. Work was done quickly & I am very satisfied.
