I am a repeat customer of Precision Garage Door. They are everything you want in a company. I called at 2:00p and they were here at 3:00p. One of my springs was broken and, of course, my car was locked inside. The tech was knowledgeable and concerned with keeping down the costs to me. I really appreciated that. He got me a three year warranty and explained how I could save money with annual maintenence inspections. His name was Kyle and couldn't have been better.

I chose Precision Garage Door based on reviews from previous customers and response time on contacting me. Josh called at 840 and arrived shortly thereafter. He explained what he was going to do starting with a safety inspection then continue with the planned inspection. He was very thorough and insured I understood his diagnosis and what he was going to do to repair the problem. Thank you

Received text before tech arrived, just as promised. Trey arrived promptly & evaluated the problem. He then gave a quote for repairs. Fair price, so I told Trey to proceed. He did a nice job and replaced the overhead spring. Very polite & made sure I was pleased before he left.

At 77 years of age, I am not physically capable of doing everything I could formerly, so I phoned Precision Door to request service, even though this was not a job that I felt required extensive work. A so-called technician phoned me to say she would stop over on Friday, September 12th between 2 and 6 PM to take a look at it. Yet 6PM arrived and there was no technician. Then I received a call about two or three minutes past 6 from the person by the name of “Jackie” who was supposed to perform the service telling me that she was on her way. I had already made plans to go out for the evening, so I would have had to curtail my plans to accommodate her, which I did not want to do. I then ask if she could return in the morning, adding that “You can go home earlier, and I can enjoy my evening.” So she returned the following morning. All that was necessary was for her to reattach a bracket at the bottom of the door on the right side and situated the roller in the frame. It was not a job that required replacing any parts, and none were used, yet I was assessed a of $340. That is highway robbery and it was totally unjustified! In addition to that, I notice the following morning that the technician didn’t even tighten the bolts in the completely! Firstly, she never arrived when she said she would. Secondly, the work was shoddy and overprice. The way the technician worded it, one would have thought that she did a complete overhaul! That was obviously not the case, and it was not needed. At best, the service provided should not have cost more than $160. Your commercial states “Precision Door service is a name you can trust.” Really? Are people supposed to believe you’re going to charge them fairly? Ha!

Jason Wallace was on time and extremely helpful. Our garage door was totally out of commission and unable to get our car out. Without a doubt he was an experienced professional and was able to release our car quickly. He gave us a quote for a new garage door and service quickly. When I called I was told it would be 89 dollars for basic maintenance. It ended up being over 200 dollars to lube the rollers and springs , adjust the springs and chain. To me that seems a bit pricey. I will probably get more estimates if I ever need work done again.
