Guys who installed door were great and completed in less than 3 hours for whole new door, motor and keypad. Door is so quiet. We should have done this sooner. We bought our garage door and opener system from Precision several years ago and have been pleased with the products and their service. This visit was to repair a broken spring (we use this door a lot) and replace an outdated remote keypad. Dakota was prompt, respectful, and did excellent work in a very reasonable period of time.

Rick, I am shocked at the price that we were charged for a simple repair of our garage door. $300 an hour is outrageous and then to be charged the $89 on top of that is highway robbery! We have used Precision before but will Not in the future. When I spoke to the receptionist about the fee to come out to check the problem, she led me to believe that if your company did the work we would not be charged.

He explained the repair very clearly and made sure we understood.
