Technician Jacqueline was wonderful on her repair visit to fix my garage door. She helped install it July, 2025. As a teacher, I appreciated all her admirable skills: patience in answering my questions, diagnosing and fixing the issue, her friendliness and sense of humor. Next time I need a repair job, I will specifically request her.

I would never recommend anyone use this company for garage door spring repair. They came to my house, quoted $900 to repair springs that a competitor ended up charging me HALF the price to fix. They told me I needed new bearings, which turned out not to be true. And charged me $89.99 to do NOTHING but take a shit in my toilet.

I love your commercial that your garage door doesn’t break during business hours Monday - Friday! How true. My garage door spring snapped on Sunday which was the coldest day of the year! I had just watched a commercial from your company and my neighbor utilized your services several weeks ago. I called at about 9:30 AM and they said they could have someone here to fix the garage door between 1-4 PM. Jacqueline came within that timeframe and within an hour and a half I was back up and running. I replaced both springs as the springs were about 8 years old. Didn’t know if I really needed to replace the bearings on each end but I did so as it extended my warranty to three years. There was no price difference on a Sunday versus during the week. I’m up and running! I have a busy week as we approach Christmas and this is one less thing I have to worry about.

Our 20 year-old garage door opener had a broken sprocket this morning. We called Precision and was able to get an appointment the same (very cold) day. The installer, Trey Martin kept us informed of his location, inspected and installed a new garage door opener along with a new keypad. He helped us with the programming. He cleaned up and took the old parts with him. Trey was very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Precision and Trey for any of your garage door needs.

I have used Precision Garage Door before. They were there at the time that they said they would be and that is important. The technician was knowledgeable and courteous, able to answer questions. Dakota replaced the broken spring and made adjustments to the door opener like a pro. GOOD JOB!

Today I had my entire garage door opener system replaced by Trey. Before beginning the job Trey tried to fixed my old system but something on the board must have stopped working so a replacement was necessary. All of my options were thoroughly explained to me with all of my questions answered. Trey was attentive to my needs and helped me select a system that would meet my goals. Once the new system was installed Trey walked me through how to use it and setup the WiFi features. I’m completely satisfied with work performed and my new system. One of my garage doors wasn’t working properly. I’ve used Precision before so I went with you again. It was expensive and unexpected for me to have to pay $1402. The technician was nice and helpful. I only wish you guys had a same as cash option so the payout wouldn’t have been so painful.

A number of years ago our garage door system failed. Not knowing who to call, we picked Precision Door. They were able to install a new system the next day...a current, state of the art and very quiet new system, complete with an external access keypad to replace our outdated failed system. We were thrilled. Fast forward to 2 days ago...I came home about 9PM, parked the car in the garage and closed the door...heard a loud popping/banging sound as door closed. Sure enough a spring had broken. It was 9PM and our car was now in the garage with a door that wouldn't work. I called Precision hoping to leave a message BUT I got to talk to a live tech...he made an appointment for us for the next day (yesterday, Wednesday). Austin showed up right on time, confirmed the problem was a broken spring, and installed new springs and bearings for a very reasonable price. Wiithin 30 minutes we were back in business. We can't say enough about Precision Door. Their responsiveness, availability and competence put them at the top as far as my wife and I are concerned.
