The gentleman who came to service my garage door was prompt, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem immediately and repaired it very efficiently. Not only that, he taught me how to lubricate the tracks and hinges and how often it should be done. Equally as important, the cost of the repair was totally reasonable. Precision is now my forever garage door repair company! Thank you guys SO much!

I had a spring break on my garage door earlier this week; I was busy for most of the week and did not have time to call for a repair. I called on Sunday around 3:00 p.m. and Kyle was at my house by 4:00 p.m. Kyle was very professional and explained the options well. Within about 45 minutes, Kyle had the springs installed and the door operating. I enjoyed my interaction with Kyle and was pleased with this initial engagement with you organization.

I am retired living on a fixed income and unexpected financial setbacks like this are hard to absorb. It would be nice if there was a seniors discount.
