Our very old garage door was stuck halfway open. Precision was the only company I was able to get a hold of on a bitter cold Saturday. Trey came out within a couple of hours and fixed it in no time!! I’ll use them again, for sure!!

WOW! Nothing like being taken advantage of! Had Precision come out on a Sunday and they told me I needed a new garage opener drive unit. I needed my door back in service so I agreed. I was told when I made the call there's no extra charge for weekends. After work was done , I found out the unit Precision sold me and charged over $900 dollars, I could have bought at Lowes for less than $200.00.

Garage door spring broke when I came home at night and I called Precision Garage Door Service the next morning. The Technician called and arrived at 9:30. He was professional in every way. He finished replacing the spring which allowed me to make a late morning appointment. I would recommend them highly.

I was having trouble getting my garage door to go all the way down so after reading some reviews, I called Precision out to look at it. A friendly young man showed up, but sadly it quickly became apparent that he had no real intention of fixing my garage door. Not for a reasonable price, anyway. He told me there were so many things wrong with the door that it would take more then 700.00 to fix it, then he proceeded to try to sell me a brand new garage door for more then twice that price. I quickly paid the service change and sent him on his way. A couple of days later my brother came over and made some minor adjustments to the door and the door was going up and down normally again. The bottom line is this, I wouldn’t trust a company that would treat their customers this way. He was trying to sell something without being honest about it. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
