Our garage door spring broke and Precision Door had a very courteous young man out in what at the most was maybe 1 1/2 hours tops. You can also follow the actual live progress that the service tech is making on the way to the customer. Jason was friendly, courteous and completed the repair quickly and fine tuned the spring tension. We are very pleased with the service provided by Precision Door Service repair.

Easy to request a Saturday appointment online. Quick response and quick to get the new garage opener installed. Tech Jason was prompt, kind and knowledgable and even programmed all remotes before he left.

I called this morning as someone tried to break into my house last night and jacked up one corner of my garage door. Technician (Dakota) was at my house by 9:15. Assessed the damage immediately, gave me a quote on the repairs, and had it fixed by 9:45. Very nice young man. Quick and efficient. The cost was a lot less than I expected. I would recommend Precision to anyone and will call them again if I ever need this type of service again.

Probably one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. The tech, Kyle was personable and professional and a joy to talk to. I can't give enough high praises for him - totally the best. Now I am not a person that worries too much on how things look, I just want it to work but he checked with me on where he could run the wiring for the inside garage door opener could go and set it up. Was more concerned with what I wanted over just slapping something up on a wall. Total satisfied customer and just so you know I simply looked online for a company and picked Precision. I do not know anyone personally from the company. But will definitely recommend them to anyone. Thanks for a great job!!!!!

Kyle was great!! He arrived early and let us know with a phone call to see if it was OK. On arrival he introduced himself and was very courteous and friendly. He went about his business and took care of our garage door opener problems in short order. We are very pleased with his work!

THE INDIVIDUAL WHO WAS SENT TO MY RESIDENT FROM PRECISION GARAGE DOOR SERVICE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. HE EXPLAINED TO ME WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AND EVEN GAVE ME SOME VERY HELPFUL RECOMMENDATIONS AS TO MAINTENANCE. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE CALLED FOR SERVICE FROM PRECISION AND I WILL DEFINITELY CALL THEM AGAIN WITH ANY FUTURE REPAIRS FOR MY GARAGE DOOR. I AM THANKFUL THAT I CALLED THEM! I think 413.00 dollars to hang a garage door opener in under 2 hours was injustice. And would not replace the wiring unless I gave him a additional $80.00. I know alot of people and will highly discourage them from using Precision

He tried to fix things, but I had to have a new garage door opener. He also replaced the rollers, greased the chain. He programmed my car to the opener, and we had him add an outdoor keypad. Nice. We shouldn’t have to worry about the door for years.

Saw an add in the phone book. Decided to give them a try. They were wonderful. Was. Very professional and did a wonderful job. They also gave me a 90 days. If something goes wrong they will come back and fix it. I would recommend them to everyone.Didn’t try to get me to put in a new door..

I am concerned that the frame holding the garage opener is not going to hold the door . The frame is bended and twisted. When I call the Manager Rick May I was told that the technician is going to come to my house tomorrow. The manager refused to take my call .

Precision installed the original garage door opener and I remember everyone as having been so very nice, so when it needed service, it was logical to call them. Once again, everyone was courteous and efficient. The problem was solved quickly. All is well again and I'll definitely call Precision if there is ever another problem.

I called Precision and spoke to a very courteous lady. I told her my problem with my garage door and she made an appointment for the next day. The next day I received a call from the technician telling me he was on his way. He arrived promptly and in a matter of minutes he figured out the problem and fixed my door. He was able to fix the garage door at half the price that was quoted over the phone. I was very impressed with the young man and will definitely call Precision again. I have used this company before and continue to be happy with their work. 5 STARS!!! Don S.
