Unusual,Dakota did a good job,but the price Quoted by phone from your office was 499.00.Dakota quoted the price was 735.00 said office didn't know you were not carry that opener any longer just read a script. Told Dakota very bad business to miss quote price ask to call supervisor then he said he would do the job for 499.00 Weird. Then three different phone calls asking about the job yesterday Very unusual

Saturday of Labor Day Weekend & my garage door wouldn’t open. I googled and found Precision Garage Door Service. I was pleasantly surprised to learn someone would come that day when I called. Dakota arrived, assessed the problem & less than an hour later I had a new garage door opener along with all of the necessary accessories. Absolutely thrilled with how quickly I was able to have a resolution to my problem! Excellent customer service! Huge thank you to Dakota for working on a holiday weekend!! Cam was quick an efficient with the repairs. No complaints on him. However, I feel Precision likes to pull a bait and switch type of sales to extract as much money from their customers as possible. When chatting with someone online from Precision to get a quote to fix a spring on the garage door, I was told approximately $150-$285 to fix and that a $90 service fee would be charged to “diagnose” the damage, but it would go towards the repair cost. Fast forward to the day of repair, I’m given 3 quotes all well above $285, with the lowest option being $900. Cam tried to explain that different springs cost different amounts, and I can understand that, however, a $600 difference from the original quote is abysmal and I should have been given the highest possible charge when asking about the quote originally. I would not recommend Precision because of their poor practices when it comes to integrity and transparency and will never be using this company again
