I called for a repair and was scheduled that day! Tim was the service technician who came out to do the repair. He was on time, professional and had the garage up and running in a short amount of time. He explained what he needed to do to repair the garage and provided the cost before stating the job. I am fairly new to the Louisville area. Sadly, I heard a loud boom the other night, and couldn't figure out what it was. The next morning when I went to go to a doctor's appointment, I realized the boom, was the spring to my garage door. I had seen the commercials on TV for Precision and looked them up. I noticed their reviews were all positive, so I called them. Tim came out to my house and was awesome. He explained what was needed to get the door up and running again. Upon further inspection he found another issue but wasn't pushy about getting it repaired now. I'm glad I chose to though. Once he got the parts off, he found another broken piece. Had I not had them fix it all at the same time, I found have been dealing with a bigger issue later. Thanks, Tim, for all your hard work.

Excellent is the one word summary of my experience. Finally, a company that lives up to their advertising. Called them at 7:45am today. Technician (Tim May) arrived about an hour and a half later. He was very, very personable and professional. He explained what I needed and the cost of the repairs for me to approve. He completed the repairs in about an hour and I was back in business. What fantastic service and it came with a two year warranty! Simply put, it was an excellent experience from top to bottom. I strongly recommend them for garage door work.

My garage door torsion spring broke overnight. I called them first thing the next morning and they had a technician out within an hour. The technician, Tim May, was fast, efficient, and explained everything thoroughly! It was less than two hours total from first contact to completion of the job. SUPER impressed and pleased! They charge a $100+ nonrefundable fee just to come out. And it does not get applied to the cost if you agree to the work.I was quoted a low price on the phone then when the tech got here the price suddenly jumped by $300 for the same work. Bait and switch? They make it tough to decline the price by charging a high price just to come out. I will never use them again nor will I use any other repair company that charges a fee to come out. Feels like another scam.

I think 413.00 dollars to hang a garage door opener in under 2 hours was injustice. And would not replace the wiring unless I gave him a additional $80.00. I know alot of people and will highly discourage them from using Precision

I picked Precision because they were able to help me faster than other companies. Including the one that installed the garage door. They said they had 24 hour emergency service but no one could come down to let us out of the garage we were trapped in. And the earliest they could get to us was 3 days. Wonder why they advertise 24 hour emergency service. Next garage service will be first to Precision.
