Repair was done well, just very disappointed that the new door, track, and opener that was installed by Precision needed $600 of repair after only 3 years. One of the torsion spring unscrewed itself from the cone at one end which is clearly a manufacturing issue and not related to stress, fatigue, or wear. The spring was not broken.
