Wonderful service! I called at 3pm and they were at my house by 5pm. Door was back to operating 20 min after Kyle arrived! Kyle was super professional and a pleasure to work with. Garage spring broke. Called the company that normally does my business and they were not making calls due to an impending snow storm. Called Precision and they were out in two hours to fix the broken spring. The technician was excellent. He was friendly, polite, explained things throughly and made me very comfortable with the repair. I now have a new company to call for my garage door needs. Well done Precision!

Great experience! I was first impressed that Precision was able to send someone out 2 hours after I called to set up an appointment to fix a broken tension spring. Shawn Hull was my Technician who came out to inspect and fix my garage door. He was awesome! A personable young man. He went over everything with me as he was inspecting and tried to fix the existing garage door opener; but it needed replacing (after 25 years). He had a quote ready quickly thereafter and was knowledgeable about the product when I asked questions. He ended up having to stay much longer than anticipated and in this heat that could not have been easy. Through it all, he was professional. When I get the other one replaced I am going to request him! Thanks, Shawn.
