on time very nice fellow knew just what he was doing. original installer from a different company had not made the proper connections john worked less than an hour had it working like it should . will call precision next time i need work done .

I chose Precision because of their online reviews and the convenience of an easy scheduling system, and I was not disappointed! They were able to fit me in the same day. They repaired a broken spring and serviced the door, letting me know that it should have two springs (who knew?!) The repairperson installed another spring which improved the performance dramatically. I would definitely recommend Precision!!
