Emergency call due to snapped spring. Door only manually operational. Next day (Saturday) service with no weekend upcharge. On time and rapid repair. Informative and educational not just functional. Definitely earned a new customer for future.

Our garage door broke last night and Precision was able to come out to fix it the very next day. They gave me a window of 11-1 and Jason was here right at 11. Thoroughly enjoyed the technician! Extremely well mannered and because of him I will be a repeat customer of Precision. I was about to give up on Precision after 2 scheduled appts back to back and they were a no show. Gave them another chance and they sent best of the best to install a new spring on my door.....thank you!
