Jason arrived today and determined we needed a top panel, bracket, and suggested I replace the motor (1999 model). The old motor wasn't stopping the door from hitting an obstruction above the sensor which is what caused our issue. I also received a veteran's discount! I would like to thank Kyle and Precision Garage Door for excellent customer service and repair. One of the springs on our garage door broke and it was very easy to set up an appointment online for a quick repair. When the Kyle arrived for the repair, he performed a safety inspection on the door and provided us a clear and professional evaluation of our repairs. Repairs were completed quickly and the garage door is working like new. We will definitely call on Precision for future repairs and the eventual future replacement of our garage doors. Thanks!

Precision came out same day to replace the garage door opener that had been damaged by a power surge. Did a great job replacing the opener and servicing the door. So happy with the new opener and the great service I received. Highly recommend!

We chose Precision based on their 5 star reviews. Unfortunately, we cannot give that. Cam was a pleasant technician. Communicated well what the issue was. Gave us 2 options on how to resolve the issue. We chose just to replace the chain rail (which was all that was needed). Our issue was after he left. Thankfully I was leaving after Cam, but my garage door would not close when engaging my remote. I called Cam and he quickly returned and assisted reprogramming my opener to my car (though this should not have been required when replacing the chain rail). Then in the evening when we were letting our dog out, she broke thru the line sensor and instead of the door going up as a safety feature, the door went in reverse and started to close on our dog. This could have caused injury to our dog. So we will need for Precision to come out again and reverse the safety feature so our dog or a person is not injured. Just make sure ALL normal working behaviors of a garage door is checked before the technician leaves.

Great service: I appreciate Precision picking up the phone and being able to speak to someone. Hold time was less than one minute. Operator was courteous and routed a mechanic to me for the following morning. Derek arrived the next day and installed new rollers and a new motor within 90 minutes.
