Kyle came out and fixed my garage door quickly and at a very fair price. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done to get my door working. It was a rainy when my door got off track and stopped working so I didn't really want it stuck open for too long and letting rain in. I scheduled the appointment at 10:40 AM and he was at my house a little after noon that same day. Issue was fixed and my garage door was working again in less than an hour. Not to mention this was on a Saturday with no weekend upcharge. Thanks Kyle!

Called Precision on a Friday afternoon because my garage door was very loud when it opened and closed and had been for a long time. Set up an appointment for the next day for an inspection. Jason Wallace called within half an hour and asked if he could come out that day (Friday) since he was nearby. He diagnosed the issue and installed a new Genie opener. Jason was helpful and worked efficiently.

My plight was that my garage door was damaged during a severe storm and I couldn’t get my cars out. Initially I contacted several companies to no avail. Upon contacting precision, garage door company they jumped right on it. The service person arrived on time. He answered all my questions and went right to work. Afterwards, he demonstrated the garage door was functioning properly. I would definitely recommend precision garage door company.
