Tim from Precision arrived right on time. Was friendly & knowledgeable about replacing rubber strip on bottom of garage door. He also lubricated door. Did not have to wait long to get an appointment. I was told when I first requested work on my broken garage door the approximate time a technician would arrive at my house and Dakota was there promptly. I picked Precision because they were able to help me faster than other companies. Including the one that installed the garage door. They said they had 24 hour emergency service but no one could come down to let us out of the garage we were trapped in. And the earliest they could get to us was 3 days. Wonder why they advertise 24 hour emergency service. Next garage service will be first to Precision.
