Bought a lifetime warranty, my garage door springs and rollers. Had problems with it John came out, he said sensor needed alignment. I ask him about the springs. He said they look good. He left I closed the door, and guess what spring broke. Call them and the came and want to to charge me 500.00. This company is bad , Don't use them

As we discussed, we do not sell warranties which is why your receipt from 2011 indicates "no charge" on your warranty line item. We offered to replace the springs and only charge labor which you responded with yelling and profanity then disconnected the call. We're sorry we could not come to an agreement to get you back up and running. The same offer still stands, please contact us if you would like to schedule an appointment.

I have seen your advertisement on tv. I liked same day service when you call. There was really no wait for the person to come. He fixed my problem very quickly and gave me information about problems to look for. My problem was a simple problem, changing battery in my door opener. He did not push me to do unnecessary work. It was a very pleasant experience. I will definitely call them again if there is a problem. Linda

This is the 2nd time I’ve needed Precision for immediate response. They didn’t let me down. The spring broke & the door wouldn’t lift. Appointment time was 2-6 & the gentleman showed up at 1…after calling to let me know he was on the way. My options were new springs or a rebuild with new springs, cable & rollers. I chose the rebuild & am very satisfied. It was a bit more but all parts are guaranteed for 5 years. Work was done quickly & I am very satisfied.

Came out the day I contacted them. They will charge you $65 to come out and give you a quote. The price for garage door opener and installation was double than other businesses. Not very happy with the pricing and then being charged for absolutely nothing.
