Needed Opener repair (mine was 30+ years old and I was pretty sure I was going with a new one even if the old one could be repaired). Called Wednesday afternoon and technician was here before noon on Thursday. Rick was courteous and polite and really didn't seem to mind answering my excessive questions. Rick got the job done pretty quickly and also checked out the garage door, adjusted the springs etc. Hopefully I won't have to worry about my garage door for a long time.

Excellent from start to finish. I put an inquiry on the website and received a phone call within the hour to schedule my appointment. Received email confirming the appointment and who my technician would be. My appointment window was 8-12, Rick called at 7:30am to say he was on his way. He went over everything, did not recommend anything that wasn't needed and pointed out a hidden bearing failure that was a big reason for the problem I was having. Very professional. Will look no further if I need service again.
