My door was not closing properly because I backed into it accidently. I called Precision on a Saturday and they showed up the same day - well within their announced arrival time, and Eric the service tech explained exactly what needed to be done, gave me a quote, and fixed the door. Very grateful because we are about to get near zero temperatures. Thank you Eric and thank you Precision for answering the call and showing up!

I am retired living on a fixed income and unexpected financial setbacks like this are hard to absorb. It would be nice if there was a seniors discount. I have used this company in the past and have always been satisfied with the service.

Garage spring broke. Called the company that normally does my business and they were not making calls due to an impending snow storm. Called Precision and they were out in two hours to fix the broken spring. The technician was excellent. I called early on the 31st of December. Jason Wallace came out to repair the rollers and track from a door panel that had become dislodged. In less than 5 minutes, it was repaired and working. My biggest thanks are to him and Precision for the fine work on the last day of the year. 2025 Has to be better (lol)

I had a spring break on my garage door earlier this week; I was busy for most of the week and did not have time to call for a repair. I called on Sunday around 3:00 p.m. and Kyle was at my house by 4:00 p.m. Kyle was very professional and explained the options well. Within about 45 minutes, Kyle had the springs installed and the door operating. I enjoyed my interaction with Kyle and was pleased with this initial engagement with you organization.
