I had an excellent experience with Precision Garage Door! My technician, Dakota, was absolutely AMAZING. He was prompt, courteous, extremely knowledgeable, straightforward, and transparent. He was able to diagnose my issue right away. He provided me with an estimate with a couple of different options, depending on the extent of service I wanted. He got the work done in about an hour, and my garage door is good as new. He went above and beyond in service and even was able to save me some money from the initial estimate based on the replacement parts he used. Now, was this repair inexpensive? No. Was it timely, thorough, high-quality, and left me feeling confident and satisfied with the resolution? Absolutely. Dakota did such a good job with my repair that I'm hoping I won't have to call these folks for a LONG time. But if for any reason I do need my garage door looked at in the future, I know who to call...

Our garage door spring broke on Saturday. Both our cars were inside the garage at the time so we were stranded. Called Precision Garage Door in the afternoon and were scheduled for Sunday service. The technician, Josh Goodman was right on time and had the repair completed in about 1 1/2 hours. The whole experience with Precision Garage Door was just fine. A+

Our garage door broke on a Sunday morning. I called Precision Garage Door and an appointment was made for 4 p.m. the same day. Josh the technician called me around 1:15 p.m. and arrived about 15 minutes later. He said the spring had sprung. He replaced all parts necessary in about an hour. Thank you Josh for the prompt service!

Jason arrived today and determined we needed a top panel, bracket, and suggested I replace the motor (1999 model). The old motor wasn't stopping the door from hitting an obstruction above the sensor which is what caused our issue. I also received a veteran's discount!
