Very quick, great service. My garage door spring broke in the evening. I made an appointment through the website, and the next morning the springs were replaced, and the garage door was back in service. They had all the required parts and tools in their truck. I checked the BBB rating and felt comfortable contacting Precision. My appointment was scheduled promptly and at a time that would fit my schedule. The office staff were friendly and helpful and explained how the charges would be implemented. The technician called to let me know he was on his way and arrived on time. He was friendly and courteous. He knew how to fix my door and explained the charges before proceeding. He installed new sensors which fixed the problem with my door. I am completely satisfied with the service provided.

My plight was that my garage door was damaged during a severe storm and I couldn’t get my cars out. Initially I contacted several companies to no avail. Upon contacting precision, garage door company they jumped right on it. The service person arrived on time. He answered all my questions and went right to work. Afterwards, he demonstrated the garage door was functioning properly. I would definitely recommend precision garage door company.
