Jason Wallace was on time and extremely helpful. Our garage door was totally out of commission and unable to get our car out. Without a doubt he was an experienced professional and was able to release our car quickly. He gave us a quote for a new garage door and service quickly. Dakota was great! He was able to fix our garage door issues. It appears our issue is with the Genie side wall mount system itself. I would highly recommend not purchasing that model. It has not worked properly since it was installed on a new construction home. Precision was the only company listed to do Genie repairs near us and they were still 30+ mins away. I don’t know if it was the travel distance for the technician or what, but I do feel like the repair bill was excessive to reprogram wall mounts, set tension & rewire cables. No new equipment was purchased. Just glad to have working garage doors.

I was expecting to have to install a new garage door motor, costing $700+/-. Jackie was prompt, polite, and knowledgeable, and fixed my problem by installing a new wire. She was here for about 35 minutes and saved me the $700!!! Thank you, Jackie!

I sent an email around 8 am and the tech, Jaqueline, was at my house by 1. She went right to work and figured out the problem in no time. Probably would've been done sooner but I kept asking questions. Which she answered without skipping a beat. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and personable. And the price was far better than any other service provider I called for estimates. Highly recommend!!

Had springs replaced and I was told one price and then charged another without my knowledge. Company charged me 400 dollars an hour in labor to install rollers. I will never use again and I don’t recommend this company to anyone.

I chose Precision Door for two reasons. 1. I hear their commercial every morning while I'm getting ready for work. 2. I googled garage door repair near me and Precision was the first one listed. It said they were open 24 hours. It is currently Sunday and tomorrow is Labor Day. I sent a message and got a call maybe 15 minutes later saying a technician could come today! I was not expecting that! I was expecting to get put on the schedule but never in a million years did i expect someone the same day! Kyle, the technician, showed up in the time frame I was given. He fixed my door and installed a new opener that we purchased several years ago but hadn't installed yet. Kyle was very knowledgeable,, very professional and very nice. It was an easy process from start to finish. I highly recommend Precision Door Service and Kyle!

Saturday of Labor Day Weekend & my garage door wouldn’t open. I googled and found Precision Garage Door Service. I was pleasantly surprised to learn someone would come that day when I called. Dakota arrived, assessed the problem & less than an hour later I had a new garage door opener along with all of the necessary accessories. Repair was done well, just very disappointed that the new door, track, and opener that was installed by Precision needed $600 of repair after only 3 years. One of the torsion spring unscrewed itself from the cone at one end which is clearly a manufacturing issue and not related to stress, fatigue, or wear. The spring was not broken.

At 77 years of age, I am not physically capable of doing everything I could formerly, so I phoned Precision Door to request service, even though this was not a job that I felt required extensive work. A so-called technician phoned me to say she would stop over on Friday, September 12th between 2 and 6 PM to take a look at it. Yet 6PM arrived and there was no technician. Then I received a call about two or three minutes past 6 from the person by the name of “Jackie” who was supposed to perform the service telling me that she was on her way. I had already made plans to go out for the evening, so I would have had to curtail my plans to accommodate her, which I did not want to do. I then ask if she could return in the morning, adding that “You can go home earlier, and I can enjoy my evening.” So she returned the following morning. All that was necessary was for her to reattach a bracket at the bottom of the door on the right side and situated the roller in the frame. It was not a job that required replacing any parts, and none were used, yet I was assessed a of $340. That is highway robbery and it was totally unjustified! In addition to that, I notice the following morning that the technician didn’t even tighten the bolts in the completely! Firstly, she never arrived when she said she would. Secondly, the work was shoddy and overprice. The way the technician worded it, one would have thought that she did a complete overhaul! That was obviously not the case, and it was not needed. At best, the service provided should not have cost more than $160. Your commercial states “Precision Door service is a name you can trust.” Really? Are people supposed to believe you’re going to charge them fairly? Ha!
