This visit was to repair a broken spring (we use this door a lot) and replace an outdated remote keypad. Dakota was prompt, respectful, and did excellent work in a very reasonable period of time.

Very happy with the work Mark Keown did on our Garage door. He came out on a Sunday and fixed it and then had to come back on the following Wednesday for a few tweaks. He was very professional and knowledgeable! Would definitely use this business again. Price very competitive and Veteran Friendly!

Rick, I am shocked at the price that we were charged for a simple repair of our garage door. $300 an hour is outrageous and then to be charged the $89 on top of that is highway robbery! We have used Precision before but will Not in the future. When I spoke to the receptionist about the fee to come out to check the problem, she led me to believe that if your company did the work we would not be charged.

Precision Garbage Door helped us tremendously when our door open failed to work returning home from having surgery. Jacky was out even sooner than expected, which worked for us and was extremely professional. It didn’t take long to replace the opener and to add an outside keypad that I had been wanting. Now we are having them to install 2 new doors and openers at my dad’s house and Jacky was there to provide that estimate for us and again very personable and professional. I chose Precision because they are Veteran owned. I have used them for probably 15 years. They are fast, efficient, and friendly. I always appreciate that the response is usually the same day if I call the first thing in the morning. I don't think anyone likes not being able to get out of their garage. I got the sensors replaced and had a maintenance service while the technician was here. I highly recommend them if you need garage door repairs!

Your technician installed a new opener for us a couple of years ago. Larry called to ask first a visit and Jason said…I think I can fix it over the phone-he was on his way to another appointment. He told Larry to go outside and look at the control panel. He fixed it!! Turned out it was set on lock mode!! People comment on how quiet our opener is!!

Our technician Kyle Frederick was very professional, efficient, and polite. He had called to let us know that he would be about 15 minutes late because his previous job took longer than expected. He explained the repair very clearly and made sure we understood. He even asked if we minded him listening to music while he worked (which we could not hear inside the house). 10/10 recommend Kyle with Precision Door.
