Tech was ok…pricing is out of site…tech tried to convince us that everyone is about the same.. but as he was completing the work, we found out the job was over $200 overpriced… thank you very much for the adj… not sure we can ever trust your pricing again.

I’ve used Precision Door in the past for a repair. The service tech did a great job and left their company sticker. When I recently bought a new vehicle, I scheduled an appointment to have the door opener synced to my SUV. The service tech was very courteous and professional. He looked at my SUV and the door opener, and wasn’t sure they would sync because of the age of the opener. He kept trying and got them to sync. I greatly appreciate his effort! I’m looking into getting a new opener and will definitely use Precision Door. Wonderful company with great service techs! I highly recommend!

Jason was our technician today. He showed up promptly and began work immediately, explaining not only what was needed but why. When he finished he took the time to go over a few maintenance issues that I could take care of myself. He was pleasant and professional. I have every confidence that his repair was thorough. Saw an add in the phone book. Decided to give them a try. They were wonderful. Was. Very professional and did a wonderful job. They also gave me a 90 days. If something goes wrong they will come back and fix it. I would recommend them to everyone.Didn’t try to get me to put in a new door..

We called late Precision and they gave us a window of time for a technician to come out the next morning. Dakota did an excellent job fixing our garage door. He called ahead of time to let us know when he was 15 minutes out. He assessed the problem and gave a thorough explanation and a quote. He was prompt and professional. Great service!

Our garage door broke last night and Precision was able to come out to fix it the very next day. They gave me a window of 11-1 and Jason was here right at 11. He inspected the door, explained the issues and itemized the repairs. Jason was thorough with the repair and very experienced and efficient. I highly recommend Precision for your garage door repair.

Dakota showed up right on time to repair our garage door opener. He was professional and took the time to answer our questions. We were sorry we needed a repair on Labor Day, but got right through on the phone to a real person, got the appointment scheduled right away and everything was very satisfactory. Just as we hoped!

My garage door would not open or close with out holding the control button in. Alex immediately saw and solved the problem. The laser light was knocked out of alignment. He showed e how to align it. He also lubricated the the appropriate joints.
