Called Precision at 10a and the technician Kyle F. (He was so friendly and knowledgeable) arrived before 2p!! Scheduling and confirmation via text was super efficient. The technician called with an estimated arrival time and was early, shook my hand when he introduced himself, determined the issue and fixed, explained to me what to check if anything ever happened again, plus did general inspection of the whole system including going above and beyond to replace the lightbulbs in the opener. I will definitely use and recommend Precision in the future!

When I called I was told it would be 89 dollars for basic maintenance. It ended up being over 200 dollars to lube the rollers and springs , adjust the springs and chain. To me that seems a bit pricey. I will probably get more estimates if I ever need work done again.

I have used Precision in the past to replace my broken garage door motor. I was so impressed with the service and new motor that when I had problems at my new house garage door I call Precision immediately. The Technician was on time and was friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to pinpoint the problem quickly and had the garage door working again in about 20 minutes. I would highly recommend Precision for all your garage door needs.

Cam was quick an efficient with the repairs. No complaints on him. However, I feel Precision likes to pull a bait and switch type of sales to extract as much money from their customers as possible. When chatting with someone online from Precision to get a quote to fix a spring on the garage door, I was told approximately $150-$285 to fix and that a $90 service fee would be charged to “diagnose” the damage, but it would go towards the repair cost. Fast forward to the day of repair, I’m given 3 quotes all well above $285, with the lowest option being $900. Cam tried to explain that different springs cost different amounts, and I can understand that, however, a $600 difference from the original quote is abysmal and I should have been given the highest possible charge when asking about the quote originally. I would not recommend Precision because of their poor practices when it comes to integrity and transparency and will never be using this company again

My garage had quit working. Josh Goodman analyzed the problem as a jammed chain drive. He quickly fixed the problem and adjusted the mechanism. He was very friendly and informative about what the problem was and what he was doing. It was a pleasure to do business with him after I was frustrated with the door acting up.

We've used Precision since we purchased our new home 23 years ago. They are always prompt and take care of all our issues. Over the years we've had springs replaced, a new opener/key pad installed and today a new key pad to replace our old one that had quit working (at least 10 years old). I highly recommend Precision for any repair or new garage door.

I called Precision today when my garage door spring broke and trapped my two cars inside. I couldn’t lift the 16 ft. door by self and I was very uneasy to Waite as my husband is confined to a wheelchair. I was relieved to find out they would come out on a Saturday. Kyle was early and very polite and courteous. He repaired our door timely and at what we felt was a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Precision for your garage door needs.

I chose Precision because I had always heard that Precision was a very reputable company. And I was right! The technician showed up a little bit early and explained what needed to be done. The very large spring above the door had snapped in half. He told me he could have the door repaired in an hour. Well, it took him about 30 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and very courteous. I highly recommend Precision. Very satisfied.

Came Early to repair broken springs. Garage is almost 20 years old. Everything had to be replaced except for the motor. Thank heavens. The wires were frayed. They were too small. The rollers were old. Dakota did a fabulous job in record time. The fact he could get the garage door open. Both springs were broken. Was amazing. We've used them before in the past for a tune-up and we'll continue to use precision garage.
