Being a veteran was one reason for call second seen commericals before.didnt take techs long to figure out the issue on door motor. I will always give business to veterans who own a business. I appreciate the service provided by your team. Dakota was the technician who came out, and he was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the issue and the work that needed to be done. I did want to share some feedback regarding the process. I did not get the option to choose which motor I wanted for my garage door. I would have appreciated being presented with the different options available, including the differences in features and pricing, so I could make a more informed decision based on my needs. Overall, I appreciate Dakota’s work and professionalism. I just wanted to share this feedback so the customer experience can continue to improve.

On Thursday, July 2, the belt broke on my garage door opener. I call Precision Garage Door Service, as they had repaired the springs on this same door in 2025. I informed the receptionist who answered the call what the problem was. She had an appointment open the next day at 10:00 Am to 2:00 PM. She informed of the service fee. The service fee included a 25 point safety inspection. "This inspection is necessary to diagnose issues and determine the safest and most durable repair". Since the belt had broken, I told her that the opener was a Chamberlain and offered to provide the opener model number. The receptionist said that the model number was not needed. When the technician arrived, he charged the service fee of $89.99. I showed him the belt that I had tried to repair. He then told me that on the way to my house, he called the store, and verified that he should still make the service call as he knew that he could not fix my opener. He came to my house, told me that he could not fix my garage door opener, but he could replace my opener for approximately $800. I called the store to dispute the charge for the service call, and was told I had to talk to the "manage" who was on the line with another customer. I was told the the manager would call me back. Four days later, I have still not heard from them. No service was performed. They had another opener they wanted to sell instead. What a scam.

Grateful for the available service on a holiday (July 4). Garage door chain broke on old opener and decided to choose a belt drive opener for the new install. So pleased with the quiet result. The technician Trey M was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. A super representative of your organization. He had an issue with some of the manufacturer product but he found a work around and got the new product installed. He was extremely organized and efficient!!! I have chosen Precision in the past because they are quick to respond and always do a first rate job. Keep up the great work and an 'thumbs up' to Trey your employee.

Scheduled appointment through website via a chat, so easy. Estimator was pleasant and didn’t try to up charge me on anything. Guys who installed door were great and completed in less than 3 hours for whole new door, motor and keypad. Door is so quiet. We should have done this sooner. P.S. another well known local company never called me back and price with Precision was what I expected so we went with them. Thanks

I had 2 commercial doors put on by precision door and they are very good and quiet, My neighbors have remarked how quiet. Precision was so quick to get here and Jason was very good at what he does, I did not call until around noon and they were here by 5:00 and gone by 5:30.

This is the second time I've had to call Precision (different issues) and both times I was EXTREMELY happy with the technician's knowledge, professionalism and friendliness. The communication from start to finish is excellent. Would not call anyone else for garage door issues.

A total waste of my time. I got a message that said he would be here between 8 and 9. He showed up at 10:15. He said he couldn’t fix it that I needed a whole new door. It just needs the bottom rollers put back in place and adjusting. It has a dent that I can easily fix. He wasted my whole morning for nothing. I will never call precision again. I told them the kind of door I had and the size. He said he only does residential doors. Or something super easy.
