I was told when I first requested work on my broken garage door the approximate time a technician would arrive at my house and Dakota was there promptly. Dakota, the technician, was very professional, explained the problem, and completed the work to my satisfaction! I rate this company a five star.

I picked Precision because they were able to help me faster than other companies. Including the one that installed the garage door. They said they had 24 hour emergency service but no one could come down to let us out of the garage we were trapped in. And the earliest they could get to us was 3 days. Wonder why they advertise 24 hour emergency service. Next garage service will be first to Precision.

I’ve used you all twice for repairs on my garage door;; but this time, the technician told me the motor on the door needed to be replaced! He was honest and I appreciate that! He told me that it would cost 700 + dollars to replace said motor for garage opener!
