Well they came out with wrong size door. After waiting a week and half so now got to wait for the Wright size. But your technicians were very nice and plight. No fault of there's at all I was not upset just little disappointed

They fixed everything and order a new door as well. We really need it. The door tech Eric Mitchell was on time did the job and received a phone from another employee and apologize for that but helped the other person and went right back to work on installing the opener. So I'm glad to see that he help another at your company. That's great leadership.

This is the second time we have used their services with great results. This time I had tapped the garage door with the bumper of my car, dented it in right where the break seam is during operation. Derek came right on time and easily pushed it out, lined it up and the door is working great. He was quick, personable and gave me tips on how to care for the rubber seal around the door. I have a 20+ year old garage door so would not have been able to replace a panel. Setting up the appointment was very easy and the people are pleasant on the phone. Thanks Derek!

Called for general garage door maintenance. Technician, Kyle, and trainee, Taylor, were courteous, professional and helpful. Didn't try to oversell me like previous service provider did. One of the springs broke on my garage door making it unusable. Called and a technician was scheduled for that morning. The technician called to say he was in route and arrived ahead of schedule. Assessed the problem and performed 25-point inspection. Detailed what he found and presented total cost to repair with line item on each part including labor. In addition, he identified two problems with the cables and door sensors which I had requested to take of any potential problems. My technician was polite and professional. Performed work in a timely manner

We had our chain and a gear break on our garage the other night. I immediately called for weekend service. Kyle called Saturday morning to let me know his ETA. When he arrived he was amazing. He accessed the job and recommended what needed to be done and why. He checked in constantly to let us know his time frame and what he was working on. He then let us know when he was finished and again, confirmed the final invoice before pay. I would highly recommend Precision Garage for any repair service!

WOW! Nothing like being taken advantage of! Had Precision come out on a Sunday and they told me I needed a new garage opener drive unit. I needed my door back in service so I agreed. I was told when I made the call there's no extra charge for weekends. After work was done , I found out the unit Precision sold me and charged over $900 dollars, I could have bought at Lowes for less than $200.00.

Same day, quick appointment. Recommend a new opener & tech was very nice & knowledgeable. With that being said, we're gonna probably shop around.... feel like price is kinda high for just the opener but if quotes are comparable we'd definitely go with precision.
