The gentleman who came to service my garage door was prompt, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem immediately and repaired it very efficiently. I had a spring break on my garage door earlier this week; I was busy for most of the week and did not have time to call for a repair. I called on Sunday around 3:00 p.m. and Kyle was at my house by 4:00 p.m. Kyle was very professional and explained the options well. Within about 45 minutes, Kyle had the springs installed and the door operating. I enjoyed my interaction with Kyle and was pleased with this initial engagement with you organization.

My door was not closing properly because I backed into it accidently. Garage spring broke. Called the company that normally does my business and they were not making calls due to an impending snow storm. Called Precision and they were out in two hours to fix the broken spring. The technician was excellent.
