I made an appointment online and had to call and change the next day. All was easy and customer service was great! My window of time was between 2-4 and Kyle arrived right after 2pm. He was very friendly and quickly repaired the small damaged area on my garage door and was out of there in about 30 minutes. Would highly recommend Precision!

Precision door had their technician Dakota install a garage door opener and new remotes last summer. I had some difficulty with the keypad in December, which Dakota addressed, remedy the situation and all was well. The keypad stopped working again, and Dakota returned and installed a new keypad again solving the problem. Dakota is a very professional, friendly and helpful young man and your service has been A-1.

I was very happy with the turnaround time for my appointment. I called at 8:15 AM and tech was at my house at 9:45. Tech was friendly. Fixed the issue in less than an hour. My only complaint was cost. As I mentioned, tech took less than an hour to fix the problem, but the charge was over $400. I just feel that’s high for something that took less that an hour to fix and required no new parts. Other than this, I was pleased with the experience.

I booked my appointment with Precision online for the same day. I had a technician here within an hour, he had me back up and running in less than 45 minutes. This included a new motor, new sensors. Two clickers with the availability to open it from your phone also.

Excellent is the one word summary of my experience. Finally, a company that lives up to their advertising. Called them at 7:45am today. Technician (Tim May) arrived about an hour and a half later. He was very, very personable and professional. He explained what I needed and the cost of the repairs for me to approve. He completed the repairs in about an hour and I was back in business. What fantastic service and it came with a two year warranty! Simply put, it was an excellent experience from top to bottom. I strongly recommend them for garage door work.

It was a Saturday and my car was " trapped " in the garage, the door spring broke... couldn't even lift it manually. My neighbor told me to call Precision..long story short.. technician Kyle was here in a short wait, assessed the options clearly with no pressure and successfully repaired the door. My repair came with a 5 yr warranty, labor included. The response time from call to fix was such a surprise and relief.

The opener COULDN’T be fixed, but the service repair person was very good. THE PROBLEM WAS NOT in the door opener it was in the big unit. Everything works but door opener to fix it had to replace entire Garage opener.hand unit ok car ok outside number button ok. Decided not to spend 8-9 hundred dollars to replace the unit,

Technician arrived about one hour after I called. Checked out the entire system and determined that everything looked good except for the 24 year old Sears opener! Didn't make sense to repair a unit old. Technician systematically removed old unit and installed a new one, checking that it worked perfectly. Job well done !

I am fairly new to the Louisville area. Sadly, I heard a loud boom the other night, and couldn't figure out what it was. The next morning when I went to go to a doctor's appointment, I realized the boom, was the spring to my garage door. I had seen the commercials on TV for Precision and looked them up. I noticed their reviews were all positive, so I called them. Tim came out to my house and was awesome. He explained what was needed to get the door up and running again. Upon further inspection he found another issue but wasn't pushy about getting it repaired now. I'm glad I chose to though. Once he got the parts off, he found another broken piece. Had I not had them fix it all at the same time, I found have been dealing with a bigger issue later. Thanks, Tim, for all your hard work.
