When I received no call back from previous garage company I called Precision from ad in phone book and was able to arrange a service call same day even though it was a Saturday. Service men called before coming giving me time of their arrival, Even though I had a major repair gentlemen were knowledgeable and made repairs to my satisfaction explaining needed repairs and cost of same. All of my expectations were met. Jason and the other young man were very professional. I chose Precision Garage Doors because I had them service my door before. I am very pleased other than the $75.00 service call. I am on fixed income, 75 years old and the repair and the additional $75.00 was a lot for me. Maybe, the service call fee of $75.00 could be waved if repairs are done.
