I highly recommend Precision Garage Door. I called on a Tuesday afternoon and a tech came out on Wednesday morning. Our tech Jason W. was prompt, professional and efficient. He did not try to oversell and was a pleasure to work with. He walked me through the problems with our garage door opener and what he was going to do to fix them, including the cost. Overall, working with Jason and Precision was a great experience!

Precision installed our garage doors almost 20 years ago and this is the first repair we've had to call in for a repair! Kyle came out and fixed a broken spring, he explained how the door works and gave me great information on how to maintain them moving forward. He even helped me with quotes on some updates I asked about and I will absolutely be requesting him when we schedule to have those done! Fast scheduling with the online booking option, great communication to let me know their arrival time, and super clean and fast repairs made! I couldn't ask for anything more, thank you so much!

The spring on my garage door broke the Saturday after Thanksgiving. I called around 9:00 a.m. and was scheduled for a service call early that afternoon. Kyle, the technician, called and said he was running early and was available if I was. He was professional and friendly and explained my options for the repair.
