Dakota did an excellent job with my installation today and during the phone setup there were some problems. However he made the necessary calls and adjustments to ensure that all systems were fully functioning prior to his departure. Very professional in his work and abilities, job well done!!

Rick May called and arranged to show up EARLY to the appointment which was VERY MUCH APPRECIATED, particularly when you can't get your car out of your garage. Rick was a PRO in every respect. Well they came out with wrong size door. After waiting a week and half so now got to wait for the Wright size. But your technicians were very nice and plight. No fault of there's at all I was not upset just little disappointed

They fixed everything and order a new door as well. We really need it. The door tech Eric Mitchell was on time did the job and received a phone from another employee and apologize for that but helped the other person and went right back to work on installing the opener. So I'm glad to see that he help another at your company. That's great leadership.

I chose Precision several years ago when I needed to replace an old garage door. Once I made the appointment everything happened exactly the way it was agreed upon. No surprises on cost or quality of installation. Called recently from my new home after a lightning strike took out the mother board in my garage. I got the same solid service as years before. I won't call anyone else for my garage.

This is the second time we have used their services with great results. This time I had tapped the garage door with the bumper of my car, dented it in right where the break seam is during operation. Derek came right on time and easily pushed it out, lined it up and the door is working great. He was quick, personable and gave me tips on how to care for the rubber seal around the door. I have a 20+ year old garage door so would not have been able to replace a panel. Setting up the appointment was very easy and the people are pleasant on the phone. Thanks Derek!

This chap deserves a raise and an entry in his personal file. He didn’t try to overcharge me and quickly ascertained that I needed a senior discount. Great guy! Great company!

One of the springs broke on my garage door making it unusable. Called and a technician was scheduled for that morning. The technician called to say he was in route and arrived ahead of schedule. Assessed the problem and performed 25-point inspection. Detailed what he found and presented total cost to repair with line item on each part including labor. In addition, he identified two problems with the cables and door sensors which I had requested to take of any potential problems. My technician was polite and professional. Performed work in a timely manner

My appt.was less than 24hrs.after calling. Dakota was my technician & arrived around 5pm. He was wonderful & professional & showed me why my 18yr Garage Door Opener system had failed finally so we agreed to overhaul system & I recvd.all new parts, springs, & motor I was shocked he did it all & replaced whole unit that very evening. He said I like to get it done in full same day & he did..I was impressed & it is great how it is so quiet & easy to & down. I will use & recommend Dakota w/Precision anytime.
