Good sense of humor and wasted no time removing and installing our new Opener, key pads, etc. We have used Precision for nearly 15 years and have no reason to look for any other company to do our repairs or replacements. I’m a brand new home owner. I had an issue with my garage door closing. Skip came in found the problem right away. After talking with him I decided to go with a new motor. Skip did a great job of installing it and took the time to show how everything worked. Very friendly and informative. If I ever had issues with my garage door again (which I seriously doubt) I would totally ask for Skip again!! If I could give him 10 stars I would but I’m limited to 5 :).

I'm so happy that my coworker told me about your company. I just brought a home, the garage door would barley open, it was slanted and wouldn't close, we had to force it closed. I had the movers coming 2 days later. That was gonna be a headache. I called percesion they sent a guy out same day and he fixed it in no time. Great job, well done. If I ever have a problem again. Needed Opener repair (mine was 30+ years old and I was pretty sure I was going with a new one even if the old one could be repaired). Called Wednesday afternoon and technician was here before noon on Thursday. Rick was courteous and polite and really didn't seem to mind answering my excessive questions. Rick got the job done pretty quickly and also checked out the garage door, adjusted the springs etc. Hopefully I won't have to worry about my garage door for a long time.

Thank you Skip for coming out and fixing our broken garage door promptly and efficiently. The prices were a bit high, but he has zero control over it. I’m so very thankful that he decided to show up to work we’re many decode it’s easy to stay home and collect a paycheck. Skip is a keepers please give him a raise! We needed knew rollers on our door that was replaced in 2016. He also added two reinforced struts. It was going to be $700! My goodness! He was able to bring it down a bit. When you need it, you need it. He was on time and called ahead of time. I would highly recommend him personally.

the service man was very nice . Seemed surprised when I asked if he had a mask . I offered him one and he wore it the entire time. He really could not find anything wrong with the door, checked everything over , gave me a few things to look for , told me I needed to give him $65 , wrote out the ticket and that was all. I hope this doesn't happen again since he said everything was fine.
