I needed my door repaired and chose precision mostly because of their great feedback and 5 star ratings. The tech that worked on my door was Thomas, (a great name, just like mine)! Thomas is a rare commodity in today's world... a real gentleman and knows how to treat customers. Thomas started repairing my door and the wife and I thought we could settle in and watch a movie since it was a lot of work needing to be done. After less than a hour Thomas knocked on the door and said all done,WOW!! Fantastic workmanship I am a happy camper Thomas is the best and I will use this outfit again!

Josh arrived on a Sunday in the two-hour window I was given when making my appointment. He replaced both springs, both bearings and two of the rollers. I got the five year warranty on the labor and parts they replaced. I will definitely use Precision Garage Door again!

Outstanding service, less than 24 hours after calling, my garage door was repaired and good to go. The two people who did the work were courteous, professional and timely. We called yesterday and had service today. David was prompt, courteous and thorough. We knew that we would possibly have to get a new motor which we did and he gave us several options with no pressure on which one we should buy. He knew exactly what to do and how to do it. At this writing, we are very pleased with the service and quality of the product we received. There is a 90 Day Warranty which covers Service fee if return is needed. There is a 1 year battery and electronics warranty There is a Lifetime Warranty on the Belt & Motor (through the Manufacturer)

After checking the internet for Garage Door Repair companies and reading their reviews, I selected Precision Garage Door Co. to check out my non-operating remotes to my Oplener. The company responded to my call on a Sunday and even offered to come that day but I had them make an appointment for Monday. The service Technician was David and he was very professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. I was very impressed with him overall and feel that he is an asset to the company and to the customers that he services. If I were still in business he is the kind of employee that I would want representing my company. If I need service in the future I will not hesitate to call this company again and would recommend them to anyone needing garage door work done. This company appears to be very well run and managed.

Had an issue with one of my garage doors,I called percision and was able to get an appt that day . The technician that came out was John H. He was able to diagnose the problem immediately. It was not an easy fix ,but John got it done and fixed the door . He was very courteous and explained everything in detail.
