I was very pleased with the service I was provided for my garage door ,The technician Jason that came to the service was very friendly prompt and efficient, the only thing I think is that the price was a little bit high, I have used your company many many times over the years and I Don’t call anyone else because of the good service and knowledgeable technicians, but I think the price was just a little bit on the high side but other than that it was perfect. Jeremy W and Skip did a 5-STAR-JOB in installing my new 18-foot garage door. I had experience numerous problems over the years with the old one (about 12 years old) that was NOT installed by Precision. The only reason that I checked 4-STARS is that the new door is a bit noisier than the old one, which I did not expect. Maybe it will "wear in" after a while. I have had great service over several years from your Company, and have recommended Precision to others.

Excellent from start to finish. I put an inquiry on the website and received a phone call within the hour to schedule my appointment. Received email confirming the appointment and who my technician would be. My appointment window was 8-12, Rick called at 7:30am to say he was on his way. He went over everything, did not recommend anything that wasn't needed and pointed out a hidden bearing failure that was a big reason for the problem I was having. Very professional. Will look no further if I need service again.

True to form, Josh arrived right on time yesterday to replace a broken garage door spring. My husband had called him directly on Monday to request the repair, not knowing it was his day off. He did not miss a beat in taking the call and forwarding the work order. Because Precision had such excellent Advertising, as soon as we returned home last night and closed our Garage Door, we heard a loud popping sound and the door would not open, and one of our Vehicles was still in the Garage. But I had no trouble remembering Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. I called that night, someone answered and even though the next day was Christmas Eve, we were given a morning time for someone to come and fix. His name was John and he was excellent! He told us right away what the problem was and he was right - He fixed it and it works like a New Door! Better than it was before it broke! We thanked him for his Service and for his company's advertising. Precision Overhead Garage Door Service is the company to call. I've never written a Review on a Company before, but having just seen the Ad and then have to call someone - timing was perfect and their Service was awesome.
