Shawn Hull was my Technician who came out to inspect and fix my garage door. He was awesome! A personable young man. He went over everything with me as he was inspecting and tried to fix the existing garage door opener; but it needed replacing (after 25 years). He had a quote ready quickly thereafter and was knowledgeable about the product when I asked questions. He ended up having to stay much longer than anticipated and in this heat that could not have been easy. Through it all, he was professional. When I get the other one replaced I am going to request him! Thanks, Shawn.

Scheduled an appointment same day and service technician actually called early to see we could meet. Upon arrival Cam (Service Tech) was extremely polite, explained in detail what steps he would take after assessing the problems with two garage door openers. I needed repairs on my garage door. I had seen Precision Garage Door’s commercial several times so I gave them a call and I’m glad I did. They scheduled service for the next day. The technician showed up within the arrival window and called in advance to notify me he was on the way. Tech quickly diagnosed the problem and provided repair options and estimates. Tech actually had all parts on hand to replace the motor and associated equipment during the visit. He gave me a good overview of the installation and performed an operational test. He was also very professional and friendly. An overall great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend Precision Garage Doors.
