I have used Precision on several other occasions for the repair of our garage door opener. The technician usually calls and lets me know they are coming and upon arrival they take a close look at the unit and can usually take care of the problem. Today not so much, The technician did not call before he arrived and was just pure luck that I was home. I was showing him the problem and the first thing he asked was "How old is this thing?" I said 10 years or so and when he realized it was much older he went on into sales mode instead of repair mood. He went ahead and did the inspection on the door and when I came back out he had my sale options ready to discuss. I asked about repairing it, but he said it was beyond repair. If he hadn't told me that he was kinda new to this I would have just believed him and said ok lets replace it, but if he was not sure if it could be fixed then I put the brakes on the purchase and may contact another company for the repair. I'm not made I just want to make sure before I spend $700 to replace it instead of a $100 repair.

Cam initially came out to service our commercial unit on a 10’ door. He recognized that he needed assistance from a Sr Tech and called David to come join him. They were both very professional. They were transparent in what they were doing, as well as challenges. They did their due diligence in trouble shooting, they kept me informed. The provided an up front pricing estimate. One item they could not remedy, I was later able to remedy going through the Overhead Door manual (which we didnt have at the time of repair). Bottom line. Honesty, professionalism and a timely service means 5 stars because of who these men were. I’d use them again and I recommend Precision Garage Doors.

Your representative, Jason Wallace, was very nice and professional.. Mr. Wallace installed the new motor for the garage door and then demonstrated how to open and close it from the controller on my garage wall and from the remote control inside my vehicle.. He explained the warranty and gave me a receipt.. It was a very pleasant experience working with Precision Door to fix my garage door..

David with Precision Door was very professional, took the time to explain what needed to be done to fix our garage door, and offered me some other items that the door needed. He in no way pressured me into adding additional repairs, just advised me that they were going to be needed soon. he fixed the springs and I had him replace the rollers, and he was a total gentleman. Could not have asked for better service!!!

I discovered a broken spring on my garage door on Saturday and after researching several companies I decided on PDS because they have very positive customer reviews and a friend had used PDS and spoke very positive about their work. Since they provide service on Sunday, I was able to have the springs replaced the next day and also replacement of worn rollers. Skip was the technician and he was very professional and obviously very thorough and knowledgeable. He offered many helpful suggestions about future maintenance and upkeep. I did have a question about pricing and spoke with Rick May who is a manager of PDS. He was very helpful and listened carefully and intently about my concern which was not in anyway major. Rick was very concerned about my concern and his honesty, sincerity and integrity came shining through. His response exceeded my expectation. Finally, I was impressed with the repair work and professionalism of Skip. But even more so with PDS making my concern their concern. I am a very grateful customer for the work on the garage and their mission of customer satisfaction.
