He covered the process and reviewed the cost prior to any work being completed. He went above and beyond in every respect. My garage door is running perfectly and is much quieter than before. I had a spring break on my garage door earlier this week; I was busy for most of the week and did not have time to call for a repair. I called on Sunday around 3:00 p.m. and Kyle was at my house by 4:00 p.m. Kyle was very professional and explained the options well. Within about 45 minutes, Kyle had the springs installed and the door operating. I enjoyed my interaction with Kyle and was pleased with this initial engagement with you organization.

I called Precision on a Saturday and they showed up the same day - well within their announced arrival time, and Eric the service tech explained exactly what needed to be done, gave me a quote, and fixed the door. I am retired living on a fixed income and unexpected financial setbacks like this are hard to absorb. It would be nice if there was a seniors discount. I called early on the 31st of December. Jason Wallace came out to repair the rollers and track from a door panel that had become dislodged. In less than 5 minutes, it was repaired and working. My biggest thanks are to him and Precision for the fine work on the last day of the year. 2025 Has to be better (lol)
