I’ve used Precision Door in the past for a repair. The service tech did a great job and left their company sticker. When I recently bought a new vehicle, I scheduled an appointment to have the door opener synced to my SUV. The service tech was very courteous and professional. He looked at my SUV and the door opener, and wasn’t sure they would sync because of the age of the opener. He kept trying and got them to sync. I greatly appreciate his effort! I’m looking into getting a new opener and will definitely use Precision Door. Wonderful company with great service techs! I highly recommend!

We called late Precision and they gave us a window of time for a technician to come out the next morning. Dakota did an excellent job fixing our garage door. He called ahead of time to let us know when he was 15 minutes out. He assessed the problem and gave a thorough explanation and a quote. He was prompt and professional. Great service!

Our garage door broke last night and Precision was able to come out to fix it the very next day. They gave me a window of 11-1 and Jason was here right at 11. Dakota showed up right on time to repair our garage door opener. He was professional and took the time to answer our questions. We were sorry we needed a repair on Labor Day, but got right through on the phone to a real person, got the appointment scheduled right away and everything was very satisfactory. Just as we hoped!

My garage door would not open or close with out holding the control button in. Alex immediately saw and solved the problem. The laser light was knocked out of alignment. He showed e how to align it. He also lubricated the the appropriate joints.
