Garage spring broke. Called the company that normally does my business and they were not making calls due to an impending snow storm. Called Precision and they were out in two hours to fix the broken spring. The technician was excellent. He was friendly, polite, explained things throughly and made me very comfortable with the repair. I now have a new company to call for my garage door needs. Well done Precision!

I called early on the 31st of December. Jason Wallace came out to repair the rollers and track from a door panel that had become dislodged. In less than 5 minutes, it was repaired and working. My biggest thanks are to him and Precision for the fine work on the last day of the year. 2025 Has to be better (lol)

I highly recommend Precision Garage Door. I called on a Tuesday afternoon and a tech came out on Wednesday morning. Our tech Jason W. was prompt, professional and efficient. He did not try to oversell and was a pleasure to work with. He walked me through the problems with our garage door opener and what he was going to do to fix them, including the cost. Overall, working with Jason and Precision was a great experience!
