Jason was great. He explained how the spring went bad and it had popped off. He even showed us a little bit about the motor and how we could use it which was a huge benefit to me since my husband passed away several years ago. I was so impressed with the job that was done and how professional Precision was in repairing my garage door. Thank you and especially Jason for his work. He is a great representative for precision. I will certainly use your company in the future.

We purchased our garage doors from Precision a number of years ago and have been very satisfied. One of our garage doors door openers was very old and not working. Kyle replaced it for us. He was most efficient and professional, as well as being personable. He was excellent in every way.

I called Precision on 10/16/25 around 10:00 AM and their service technician arrived at my home at 12:30 PM. Great response! The technician installed a new opener on one door and a new outside remote for the other door. She was very competent in her work and the doors were operating well when she finished. Howard F. Jones

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Precision Garage Doors. My door stopped working, leaving my new car outside. This was on Friday at 3:00. I called Precision and they were here at 12:30 Saturday. My door was fixed in short order.

We have an old garage and was worried it will cost us much to have it repaired, the price was reasonable that we also requested for the installation of rhe motor we have purchased before & was happy for the work done. Jackie was great, stayed until the work is done and patient enough to answer all of our questions. I will highly recommend her for any future services regarding garage door.

I am a repeat customer of Precision Garage Door. They are everything you want in a company. I called at 2:00p and they were here at 3:00p. One of my springs was broken and, of course, my car was locked inside. The tech was knowledgeable and concerned with keeping down the costs to me. I really appreciated that. He got me a three year warranty and explained how I could save money with annual maintenence inspections. His name was Kyle and couldn't have been better.

I chose Precision Garage Door based on reviews from previous customers and response time on contacting me. Josh called at 840 and arrived shortly thereafter. He explained what he was going to do starting with a safety inspection then continue with the planned inspection. He was very thorough and insured I understood his diagnosis and what he was going to do to repair the problem. Thank you

We’ve had Precision Door service our garage doors in the past with great results and very professional service. They were the first to call when we needed two new garage door openers. Their technician Dakota went through all available options and we are very happy with the results. We will call on Precision again.

My technician was great. She was very knowledgeable and thorough. The call center was not great. I was scheduled the first two times with a technician that no longer works for the company and therefore no one showed up.

I have used Precision years ago and was pleased with the service then, so I chose them again. Kyle, the technician communicated very well about when he would be arriving. He was a joy to work with. I ended up having to get a whole new garage door opener (my 25 yo Craftsman would not sync with the newer technology) I am pleased with how quiet it is and hope it will be a good selling point with my upcoming home sale. Thank you, Kyle! Excellent work!

Received text before tech arrived, just as promised. Trey arrived promptly & evaluated the problem. He then gave a quote for repairs. Fair price, so I told Trey to proceed. He did a nice job and replaced the overhead spring. Very polite & made sure I was pleased before he left.

Our Precision Garage Door was under warranty and we had an issue with the spring. We called Precision yesterday and they were here in less than 24 hours. Trey Martin was our service person and we couldn't have had a more polite, knowledgeable person to diagnose the problem and quickly remedy it. A lot of businesses try to give you a problem if you have a warranty issue, but not this one. I just can't say enough good things about them and in the future, when I require service, maintenance, or need to make a purchase, I wouldn't dream of calling anyone else!!!
