What a fantastic company! Precision garage door really came through in my time of need! I mistakenly closed our garage door when the trunk of our car was open causing it to misalign and not open or close. This happened on Sunday! I called never thinking I would speak to anyone but I did and the Precision rep scheduled a service tech to come out first thing Monday morning. They followed up and were here on time as promised. Kyle the service tech was fantastic! Professional, courteous, competent and careful were just some of the adjectives I would use to describe him and his work. Needless to say he fixed it and it is working better than ever. Thank you Kyle and thank you Precision. Got home from work and my garage opened but I noticed my wheel popped off, so I called them after 6 pm and a live person answered. They scheduled me for today first thing. Great customer service very friendly and helpful. The tech called me this morning to tell me he was on the way. After he done a full inspection he was very informative of what should be completed to keep my garage door in good shape.
