I have seen your advertisement on tv. I liked same day service when you call. There was really no wait for the person to come. He fixed my problem very quickly and gave me information about problems to look for. My problem was a simple problem, changing battery in my door opener. He did not push me to do unnecessary work. It was a very pleasant experience. I will definitely call them again if there is a problem. Linda

Cris came out to service my garage door and I found him to be highly competent and professional in the services that rendered. He assessed the problem, consulted with me prior to making any repairs and he completed the repair in a professional timely manner. In addition, Cris has excellent customer skills. This was my second time with you for service, first time new springs. Service man did a very nice job. This time I needed a gear replacement on the moter, the service man came out with wrong part, made a call said he would go get right one, and be back, never saw or heard for him again. Carrie the manager sent out John and his helper they took care of the problem. They were very nice, told me all I needed to know about the system. If a problem comes up again I will for sure call again. Nice people and nice company to do business with.

I called them late evening the night before the visit. The person on the phone asked me what the issue was, I told them how our door was not functioning and told him the make and model of our motor. He stated he could send a repair tech out for $75 dollars. Okay great. Send out tech, he is in my garage for all of 2 mins to tell me those motors can not be repaired due to the age of the motor. I don't mind paying the fee if there had been a service performed. So I paid $75 for an estimate, their website says estimates are free. If this particular brand is not -repairable why send a tech and not just tell me that via the phone. Second issue they quoted me near 1000 for a specific motor. I have never delt with garages or what the prices typically are. So i decided to call around, understand all company's will be different prices but for the exact same motor and install they change nearly more than $500 compared to 4 other company's in the Louisville area.

Absolutely amazing! Car and garage remote was stolen. I thought i needed a whole new motor and remotes but after the company came out, they were super honest and told me I just needed new remotes/code, saving me a huge cost. Highly recommend this company!

I found Precision online and loved the ease of website and prompt response from their team on the phone. Scheduled an appointment same day and service technician actually called early to see we could meet. Upon arrival Cam (Service Tech) was extremely polite, explained in detail what steps he would take after assessing the problems with two garage door openers. Truly a GREAT EXPERIENCE with this company, would recommend to any and everyone!!

Had right side garage door spring cable spool re-strung and door re-aligned. Repair person was very prompted, professional and preformed the repair task very quickly. I was very impressed with Precisions available to administer a repair order time, the same day as I called.
