We are repeat customers. Several years ago, Jason installed a new garage door opener and we called Precision again when our spring broke. Jason and Jackie were great to work with and were very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The new spring was installed quickly and we can open/close our door again!

Came Early to repair broken springs. Garage is almost 20 years old. Everything had to be replaced except for the motor. Thank heavens. The wires were frayed. They were too small. The rollers were old. Dakota did a fabulous job in record time. The fact he could get the garage door open. Both springs were broken. Was amazing. We've used them before in the past for a tune-up and we'll continue to use precision garage.

Cam came out and began his bosses' work of trying to extract as much money as possible from us. At first he offered to fix a single spring and cable for over $800. Then when told "no" it was lowered to $500. "No" again resulted in a lowering to $375. This was still too high so we told them to leave. In the end we got charged a $90 service call fee to get nearly scalped on high-priced estimates. Trash. Affordable Garage Door came out and did the job needed in 20 minutes for $85, same-day. Throwing your person out saved me money!
